Maya is a 17 year old girl in her last year of high school. She's afraid of graduating - school has been the only thing she's good at, and she doesn't know what to do with her life. Although Maya is nice to everyone, she only really has three friends in school, excluding her younger brother. One, a boy named Aiden, who she met her freshman year in band. He's a big, loud boy with freckles. Aiden is almost too playful for his own good, and has been facing legal troubles - he always hangs out with Thomas. The second, a sweet girl named Maria. Maria is a freshman, a pretty Mexican girl with long dark hair and gorgeously tanned skin. She's shy, and oftentimes reminds Maya of herseld. The third is a boy named Lysle. Lysle is chaotic, and originally thought Maya was intimidating. The freshman is great friends with her now though, and they're always together in band. Maya was living as she usually did - second-guessing and doubting herself. Easily becoming flustered, especially when the cute Thomas that she looked up to was around. She finished her school work, took her AP tests. Her plan was to finish school quickly, and work while getting read for college. But, how does it seem like with just two sentences, she is stuck? Two boys, two crushes, both on the same girl. And a girl that's afraid of hurting either of their feelings, and can't make a decision.

In a world of supernaturals where witches ,vampires ,lycans and druids existed. The gods had absolute contol and made sure that a balance is maintained between each supernaturals. The gods made sure of peaceful co-existence between each supernaturals. Zeus the king of gods ruled fairly and things went well for centuries until Hades the god of the underworld became power hungry and with the aid of Ares the god of war and some other supernaturals he waged a war against Zeus and other gods for the tittle of the king of gods,the battle was fierce and it seemed as if Hades aid his army were gaining the upperhand so Zeus went to Athena the goddess of wisdom to seek her help. Athena help Zeus to banish Hades and send him into the underworld but it could only be temporary because Hades was too powerful and the only one capable to stop him would be the one who could harness the power of the moon and so a prophesy was given, the prophesy stated that "A child would be born with a crescent moon on its head amd such child would be able to harness the power of the moon ." The gods then decided to move up to the sky leaving the supernaturals to rule each of their own kind on their own but a rule was given that supernaturals should only fall in love with supernaturals of their own species.
