Anomaly in Time
What if when the world was created some people had the power to either speed up or slow time. This would answer many questions. How were the pyramids built: people with the speed time ability contracted their muscles at a faster rate to lift heavier things.
What if a kid in 2012 gained the power both speed and slow time. An anomaly of epic proportions. Only a few people in history have been able to speed up and slow time. These people are known as the watchers. The most powerful people in the universe. These include Soloman and buddha.
Release rate is when I feel like. I am in highschool so during heave work periods I won't write as much.
