Operating in secrecy, the Kakusu clan tirelessly works to break down Tokyo's criminal underworld. Kakusu's goal is to destroy and reveal their main enemy: Kaosu, a powerful, corrupt, and concealed organization responsible for the city's most heinous crimes, led by the enigmatic and dangerous person.
