Jason Williams was running home when he encountered an old woman needing help. After helping her, he was awarded with a magical genie lamp that will grant him 3 wishes. As luck would have it. He died before being able to use the wishes. Fortunately, he was still able to make those wishes even after dying. He wished for the Chilly Chilly Fruit of Kuzan, the Float Float Fruit of Shiki and Observation Haki.
