A story that I’m making on my free time. This is my first time writing a story so please expect boring stuff and cringe stuff but if you do like it please share with friends I really wanna enjoy making work people enjoy make sure to criticize and tell me where to work on :)

The ocean roared, waves surging like beasts, crashing against an ancient throne carved from blue crystal. Noel stood in the midst of the chaos, his heart pounding as voices echoed in his head. A memory surfaced—one not his own yet deeply familiar. He saw a man with a face identical to his, regal and powerful, commanding the seas with a mere flick of his hand. The man turned, his gaze piercing. "The throne of waters belongs to you now," he said, his voice calm yet heavy. "But the cost is your past, your pain, and your fears. Will you take it?" Noel woke up with a jolt, drenched in sweat. His hands trembled as he clutched his chest, struggling to slow his racing heartbeat. It was the same dream again, haunting and vivid. But Noel didn’t know the man or the throne—or why he felt both terrified and drawn to it.

The protagonist is a skilled sniper, who is transferred to a fantastical world after a mysterious explosion. Upon his arrival, he is saved by a giant pixie fairy (she originated from an island of giants and hence has the size of an average human) who becomes his companion and guide. Working as a detective in this new world, he finds himself in the midst of a world torn by conflict between two opposing civilizations - one relying on magic and mythical creatures and the other on the technology of the 1930s, when mysterious "Engineers" had arrived. The protagonist has to survive and navigate this dangerous and unfamiliar world with the help of his friends, using his skills to survive and solve crimes while uncovering the truth behind his sudden transfer and the ongoing conflict. In a way, it's a retelling of the Peter Pen story. But in a particular way. The book was published on paper a few years ago and was well-accepted. I have been receiving up until now briefs from readers to write a follow-up. For now, I translate it piece by piece into English with the help of native English writers and share it here. To keep it simple, and short, our protagonist was someone who couldn't use any magic in a world where everyone could. Until, an apple fell onto his head, and he remembered that he was a scientist in his previous life. To dismantle, analyze and synthesize is what he was known for, and exactly what he was going to do in this wonderful fantasy world where the laws of physics didn't matter. Bless be to the man who figured out the laws of magic instead. After all, what use is a fireball, when you can analyze, and dismantle it before it's even being cast?
