The return of the uzumaki clan
How would things have turned out in canon if, Uzukage had sent his oldest daughter, along with several of his children to a distant but prosperous island to establish a branch of the clan. Seeking merely profit, the expedition allowed the clan to survive. This will derail canon quite a bit.
