Hero Rise
The world calls him Zero, the greatest hero to ever exist. They worship him, sing his praises, and tell tales of his righteous deeds. But as I stand in the pouring rain, my parents' lifeless bodies beside me, all I see is a monster—a false hero wrapped in lies and delusions of grandeur.
His presence looms over me, suffocating, his intent as clear as the blood pooling at my feet. He looks down, unshaken, unbothered, as if my pain means nothing.
“I’ll kill you!” I roar, my voice raw with grief and fury. “I’ll end your false heroism and show this world what a true hero is!”
Zero only smiles—a cruel, knowing smirk.
“And so it shall be, child,” he says before vanishing, leaving me alone in the wreckage of my past.
From this moment on, my path is clear. I will rise. I will destroy him. And I will redefine what it means to be a hero.
