The two returned to the Snow Courtyard, closing the door with a bang.
Finally, Qu Tan'er couldn't contain the anger in her chest any longer and erupted, "Jing Xin, do you think that bastard man did it on purpose, forbidding me to leave the residence? Damn it! Bastard, what does he mean? Does he really want to imprison me here forever?"
"Master, have a cup of tea to calm down." Jing Xin quickly handed over the tea cup.
Qu Tan'er took the tea without hesitation and drank it all in one gulp.
"Master, you must be hungry, have a piece of dessert to fill your stomach." Jing Xin said, then lifted the plate up and handed it to Qu Tan'er, ensuring it was within her reach.
Qu Tan'er didn't refuse, reaching out to grab a piece of dessert which she stuffed into her mouth. She leaned onto the lounge chair but no sooner had she reclined, her face scrunched up in pain. "Jing Xin, go get the injury medicine."
