When the child turned around to face her, Yun Bixue praised inwardly. This child was exquisitely beautiful. Her skin was white, as though it was thinly veiled by powdered jade. This beauty and cuteness was something she almost couldn't find terms to describe.
Yun Bixue looked at the child as she softened visibly. Adoration was evident on her face, and she itched to hug the child.
The said child blinked at Yun Bixue with her large, twinkling eyes.
Yun Bixue could no longer hold back. She checked her surroundings for people, but there was no one around. The adults were at fault for leaving the child alone in the backyard. Although this child was sitting on a woolen carpet, she was too young and should still be carried around.
"Little Miss, where are your parents?"
The child pouted, seemingly unhappy.
