In the Army Division, even though there were many military officers with the rank of Colonel, only Payne alone was able to be in contact with the highest military secrets of the Empire. He was the only one who could let Major General, Lieutenant General, and even General to bow to him.
As the area of the map on the wall was too large, Marshal Alan could only stand on the moveable stairs to work on the map.
