After Gao Yang finished the call, Yelena shouted from the bathroom, "Darling, have you finished your call?"
Swimming in the sea required rinsing off with fresh water, which was a bit of a hassle, but being with Yelena, Gao Yang never found it bothersome because he could enjoy a romantic bath.
To really enjoy a vacation, one must indulge, and what greater indulgence than a hot bath in the oversized jacuzzi, watching the sunset through a huge glass window? Bathing was already pleasurable, and even more so with Yelena, sweet as honey, by his side.
"I'm coming!"
Unable to contain his excitement, Gao Yang bellowed and pushed open the bathroom door, rushing towards the bathtub, or rather, towards Yelena.
Barefoot, Gao Yang neared the bathtub and before he could embrace Yelena, he slipped.
With a shriek, Gao Yang flailed his arms and fell backward, fortunately breaking his fall with his left hand on the ground; unfortunately, his fall was too swift, supported only by his left hand.
