Other than the report on why Bamboo Mountain Prefecture Master was unable to transcend, there were two other intelligence reports which Xue Ying paid greater importance to.
One of it was according to his teacher, other than the five Rulers from the Deity world and the three Rulers of the Abyss from the various superpowers; there was still another superpower hidden in the cosmos. This superpower was extremely secretive, and there should be very few experts amongst them. Those who knew of their existences were very few too, and even some Paragons might not know of their existences.
This superpower had a distinctive trait–their members all had no lines of karma!
'No karmic lines?' Xue Ying was a bit puzzled. Discovering others from karma was a commonly used method. Even his teacher Bloodshed God Emperor had a karmic line too–like the karma linkage between him and his teacher!
But some experts had no karmic lines at all?
