Wu Guangwen was supposed to be the eyes and ears for the overlord at the South Town Star Temple. Upon returning to Atlantis, Chen Xiaobei murdered Lu Gang and the rest of his enemies. However, he chose to spare Wu Guangwen's life and gave him a piece of Heavenly Dog Biscuit. In the end, he was asked to become Chen Xiaobei's eyes and ears.
There was no signal on Chen Xiaobei's cellphone for a very long time. He was dying to know all about the overlord when he had met up with Wu Guangwen.
