One figure after another kept rushing out of the buildings within the imperial palace, including Soul Masters and Soul Guidance Masters. However, even after they emerged, they were at a loss for what to do.
How could one deal with such peculiar changes in the weather?
Some astute Soul Guidance Masters immediately realized that the problem might lie in the sky. For a moment, they took off one after another, hoping to ascend and conduct aerial surveillance.
But, when they actually flew into the sky, they quickly encountered major trouble. The higher they went, the stronger the blizzard became. The wild winds whipped chaotically, and their flying soul devices simply could not sustain flight at such altitudes. Several Soul Guidance Masters were blown down, falling in a very sorry state.
