Zheng, or more accurately, the clone Zheng, sat atop a small hill outside the valley, surrounded by black flames that seemed alive, nearly enveloping the entire hill. He sat at the center of these flames, watching the valley with interest before finally closing his eyes in silence.
(Is this the original's technique? A fascinating concept indeed. While it draws strength from harming the enemy, making it a double-edged sword and slightly inferior to my black flames, its instantaneous destructive power is somewhat greater… Come then, I've been waiting here for you…)
Zheng looked up at the sky, where lightning streaked across, hinting at the approaching rain... A storm was coming...
