Especially with Team China fanning the flames, about seven or eight teams started heading towards Raccoon City. The first to arrive wasn't Team God, Team Demon, or Team China but an obscure group, the North Sea Team. With only nine members, their proximity to Raccoon City and lack of personal flying devices meant they used vehicles to reach the outskirts.
"Is this Raccoon City? It looks so ruined…" a seductive young woman in the team remarked, eyeing the distant cityscape.
