This Electronic Guardian lying in front of Chen Xiaolian's feet was a remnant part of a swarm of Electronic Guardians that Chen Xiaolian had salvaged just before escaping from Zero City. He had brought it back and handed it over to the mechanically skilled Roddy. This mechanical specialist had disassembled and modified the parts to piece together and restore several Electronic Guardians.
From their appearance, they could almost pass for the real thing. As for authenticity,
