I, for one, have always been known by my long-time readers for my fondness for publishing various standalone chapters and sharing my personal matters with everyone.
But later on, I stopped doing that. From the beginning of "Heaven's Mandate" to now, such standalone chapters have been few, and I hardly talk about my personal matters at the end of chapters anymore. Back in the day, I would chat about these things with everyone when I went out for drinks with peers in the evening.
Now, I just don't talk about it, for reasons you all understand.
I did indeed stop updating without any explanation or notification because I would irrationally feel that I would get criticized regardless of explaining, so I became increasingly willful. (This way of thinking is clearly incorrect and quite willful, I'm not going to disguise it or make excuses.)
Ignoring your feelings was my mistake, and for that, I apologize!
