This was another name given to it by Immortal Mountain, the dwelling place of its Deity, possessing complete natural laws, unblemished order, the Dao fulfilled to perfection.
Keep in mind that in the Lower Realm the natural laws are incomplete, the heavens and earth are not whole—a significant issue. Yet in Immortal Mountain, there existed such a place, which alone was enough to deem it the Valley of the Gods.
