The difference between an Elementalist and a Great Thief lies in the fact that Great Thieves, known as kings of the wilderness, excel in outdoor combat. They move freely, capable of cloaking and hiding, and even their running speed is much faster than other classes. However, when it comes to encounters, Elementalists have about a 40% win rate against Great Thieves of the same level, but they are not adept at pursuit. If a thief wants to escape, the short-legged mages generally can't catch up.

Nightbreak Trickster rarely took action himself, but this didn't mean he lacked strength. He understood that just being brave and fierce wasn't enough for a guild leader. Even a War God could face defeat; there were too many counters in terms of attributes, skills, and classes.
He had plenty of skills, but he certainly wasn't invincible.
