Over a dozen years ago, Gu Yu expanded the Bai Town sect. At that time, the facilities were simple, and everyone lived in Phoenix Tree Garden at the front of the mountain. Initially, Phoenix Tree Garden was an unfinished building-like hotel owned by the government of Bai Town. After some renovation, it became the disciples' dormitory, housing six people per room.
As the years went by, Phoenix Tree Garden expanded again, turning into a place where people gathered for casual entertainment like chicken feasts and soccer betting on the rooftop.
The residences had all been moved to the back mountain, collectively planned with detached houses and yards, where official disciples were granted an individual residence each. The outer disciples were scattered at the foot of North Ridge Mountain, where a residential area was built, also enclosed within the great array.
