"Swoosh..."
With a panicked shriek, a Kunlun Eagle with a wingspan of nearly ten meters broke through a flurry of snow waves and flew at breakneck speed just above the ground. It was a top predator in the food chain, yet at that moment, it resembled a pitiful little sparrow desperately trying to flee.
Chasing close behind it was a tiny figure with pinkish-white skin and wearing a red bellyband, a chubby toddler about half a meter tall. With its short legs moving as if running and flying at the same time, it trailed unhurriedly behind.
"Bird, big bird!"
Having just learned to speak, its enunciation wasn't very clear. Its eyes shone brightly with wonder and amusement at the world. To the uninformed observer, it would appear to be a four or five-year-old, an innocent child just beginning to learn about the world.
Who would have thought that just half a year ago, this creature was a bizarre, sinister, blood-stained murderer?
Super ferocious!
