Neuss embedded the metal chip into the body of a blood firefly that came out at night to hunt for food. This blood firefly was as big as a fist. Although it was a low-level monster but its range of activity was wide. It was often accompanied by powerful monsters, the blood firefly attracted other monsters with its own blood-red light. The powerful monsters around it were responsible for killing them. The leftovers left behind by the monsters would be the food source for the blood firefly to survive.
