Dudian thought for a moment and slowly turned away. He threw the broken bottle on the snow.
He went back to the forest by the lake. He could smell the faint smell of blood. If the temperature wasn’t low then the smell would be more obvious. Soon he saw the place where the hunters were ambushing. There were ice fragments and half of the head was frozen. There were broken arms, sternum and blood splattered on the white leaves, it was covered with pale ice like blood spots.
There were hundreds of hunters but there were only corpses on the ground. Dudian glanced at them. There weren’t many corpses. He estimated that there were at most a hundred of them. In other words, there were more than two hundred people left alive, but most of them had already left the place. The ice dragon had been chasing after him so he didn’t pay attention to them.
Dudian was silent as he looked at the arm that was frozen. From the armor on the arm it could be seen that it was Barker’s hand.
