Young Dudian was sleeping most of the time in the breeding room. Sometimes when his parents came to visit, they would wake up and go back to sleep. It seemed that they would never be able to finish their sleep.
One day, Dudian heard a light tapping sound coming from outside the transparent glass of the breeding room. He opened his eyes and saw a little girl with delicate features. From the outline of her eyes and lips.., it was his sister.
Dudian felt a sense of familiarity that he hadn’t felt for a long time. But soon, his eyes closed. Little Dudian only took a glance at her and went back to sleep.
Dudian smiled bitterly in his heart.
Day after day, he went to sleep intermittently. Time passed by in a hurry. Dudian could feel that Little Dudian’s body was becoming stronger and stronger. He was able to stand up and sit in the breeding room.
One day when his parents came, they opened the incubator and picked up the young Dudian from inside. They taught him how to walk.
