Ning Yun Heng was the ancestor of the Ning clan, a prime supreme-rank clan in the Sanction Land. He was a strong supreme powerhouse.
The Divine Sanction Battlefield was the Realm Battlefield formed by the intersection of the Divine Offering Land and the Sanction Land. It was the work of many supreme powerhouses from the two Realms of Gods. Usually, two supreme powerhouses would stand guard on the Divine Sanction Battlefield to prevent other supreme powerhouses from interfering in matters on the Realm Battlefield and destroying the fairness of the Realm Battlefield.
The Realm Battlefield was created as a training ground for the younger generation, in the hopes of producing more powerhouses. The more powerhouses there were, the higher chances of giving birth to supreme powerhouses.
