Su Bai didn’t accept his kindness. Usually, when Gyatso stepped back and offered a hint, Su Bai should take the excuse, if he was rational. After all, MT 1 had not ended and there were unknown tasks on the way; it was unwise to fight against each other at this point.
Su Bai used to think he had temporarily lost his mind that night, but now he realized that maybe this was who he truly was.
Gyatso didn’t say anything more. Something red appeared between his eyebrows and then a light came directly at Su Bai. Even the air was steaming because of the extreme heat of this light.
