Although two seconds wasn't a long time, it was a flexible skill once mastered.
The second special effect was specific to Cheap Shot. It had a narrow scope of application and only had a 50% chance of being effective, so it was a little unreliable.
Lu Li's current equipment was three times better than the Voodoo Shoulderguards.
