This was indeed a strong item. It had three excellent special effects, with the third one being particularly powerful.
Although two seconds wasn't a long time, it was a flexible skill once mastered.
The second special effect was specific to Cheap Shot. It had a narrow scope of application and only had a 50% chance of being effective, so it was a little unreliable.
Lu Li's current equipment was three times better than the Voodoo Shoulderguards.
Voodoo Shoulderguards (Superior Gold)*3: Armor 35, Agility +30, Strength +20, Fire Resistance +10%, Special Effect 1: Increase the initiative of the user to make actions, Special Effect 2: Backhand Backstab damage increased by 25%. Equipment Requirements: Level 40. Durability 82/82.
These Shoulderpads weren't bad, but their level was just too low and the Attributes were also far weaker than the other high-level equips.
