This kind of injury won't kill the Flame Demon. The two halves of the Flame Demon's body quickly wiggled. As numerous worms grew out of the cut, the lava-like blood floated out of the two halves and was about to merge.
"Want to merge?" The Zhanmadao in Qian Jin's hand shone. It moved rapidly in Qian Jin's hand like the carving knife of an artist. Qian Jin's blade was moving so fast that it looked like a lightning.

The Flame Demon was separated into pieces. Its arms and legs were all cut off and the Magic Core that was enveloped by lava finally showed itself.
This was the Flame Demon's true self. Qian Jin put away his blade and tried to grab the Magic Core.
Squeak! An ear-piercing noise sounded as the lava around the Magic Core started to wiggle….. small arms…... small legs…... small head...
A body was formed around the Magic Core and it was just a small version of the Flame Demon. However, it was growing at a fast pace.
