The two-month-long chef's exchange in Los Leones began the day after opello returned to Singapore.
The event was held in the Central District of the south coast. The central business district was on the other side of the coral Road. It was basically the cultural and economic center of Singapore, and the famous fountain fishtail Lion was located there.
As usual, the Los Leones exchange meet also invited people from Malaysia and India. It was not known whether it was because of close Economic Cooperation or because there were too many similarities in food culture.
