Silvana was a beautiful young lady with her violet eyes dark long hair and elegance of a swan, she was fated to be a beauty. But at the age of wars such beauty was nothing but a looming accident ready to happen. As the Chronos empire was currently in a war against Sethiem empire.
The innocent child Silvana was a part of the Chronos empire. She wasn't a daughter of any normal man she was the sole daughter of the right hand man of the emperor of Chronos, Vlad Sapier. At the time of war she was hidden in the shadows of empire, not letting anyone know of her presence.
As in the the time of war a beauty of such caliber was nothing but a nuisance, a weakness in the indistructable walls of the great family of Sapier. The very first emotions that she faced from her own mother wasn't one of joy or laughter but one of wailing and sadness. As she was brought Infront of the patriarch his first words on seeing his daughter was, "A daughter?, what can a daughter do?"
As he left turning his back away without even holding the baby in his arms. Her fate at that moment was sealed. She was to be in the shadows not letting anyone know her presence away from the light. It wasn't just her but the daughter's of every family in war also shared the same fate. Some were even executed at birth, in the times of war the fate was cruel.
Silvana slept, played, woke and ate in a single room. Her life was limited to a large room still too small for her ambitions. As she grew up she had some form of access to education as there were always some books lying around. She taught herself how to read as there was no one except walls to hear her out.
Her beauty grew with her age, and so did the worries of the patriarch. As, if someone found out about her then their weakness would be out and everyone would target the weakness until the immoveable wall of Sapier duchy.
One day like a miracle, a young and girl with bright sunny features were found by the patriarch in the warzone. No one knew of their origin, to the people they were anomaly but to the grand duke it was an opportunity.
As he saw a great potential behind the eyes of the boy. He had finally found someone to take his throne. As in the time of war woman were not even thought of as candidates for patriarch position. But the boy was unwilling to go with the duke without his sister so duke had no choice but to take in both the orpahns. He made sure no one mentioned anything to anyone about this incident.
Because as the time passed although his determination stayed firm, the time had ate away at his body bit by bit to the point where he could see his end coming soon. After he took both the kids in, he took the boy who was named Lucas to train while he made the girl his daughter's maid.
