A wild monster hears the cry and slowly approaches Marie…

Marie: (Notice the monster) … AHHHH!!!! Stay… (Shiver in fear) Stay…away from me!!! (Pick up a stick) …Leave me alone!!!!
Monster: (Quickly charge at Marie) RAWRRRRR!!!!!
Marie: AHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!! (Cower)
A swift cut kills the monster instantly…
Marie: Huh… (slowly open her eyes) …
Huntress: Tch…, those damned cultists…really hold me back for a long time! (Look around) No…Am I too late…? (Kneel down and about to shed a tear)
Marie: …Woah… (Slowly walk to the huntress)
Huntress: (Turn back) Huh…a wolf girl? Are you alright? (Help Marie)
Marie: (Weakly and faintly) Ummm…thanks…for saving me…from that thing…
Huntress: (Look at Maire regretfully and caringly) I'm sorry little one…I couldn't make it in time…to save your village…
Though Marie doesn't understand what the huntress said, she feels her heart is moved by the huntress' truthful words.
Huntress: At the very least…there is still someone survived… (Notice a crowd is coming) Huh! They are coming… (Stand up)
Marie: Where…where are you going…?
Huntress: Run far from here, little one…for your own safety. Leave this place and hide somewhere else before they come… (Quickly leave)
Marie: Wait…!!! Please come back!!! … (Continue crying)
Carlos: She just passed through here!!! I just saw her leaving! Get her!
Subordinates: YES SIR!!! (Chase after the huntress)
Carlos: This cannot go on any longer…she just killed our founder; we cannot let the White Rose Sinner escapes this time! Find her and kill her!

Marie: (Hesitant) …B…but…?
Carlos: Do you want to live or not! You should come with me now before all the monsters return here, they will GET you like everyone else!
Marie: … (Grab Carlos' hand in panic) AH!!!
Carlos: Good choice there. (Carry Marie) So, tell me…what's your name? I'm Carlos, one of the Church's Holy Knights.

Carlos: You're a brave one, Marie. Let's leave here…
Afterwards, Carlos brings Marie back to the humans' town and lets her stay in Church for a while.
A few weeks later after the massive monster raid and the death of the Church's founder, the Holy Knights managed to hunt down the White Rose Sinner and killed her. The death of the founder also promoted Carlos from the Holy Knight's commander to the Church new leader.
A few months later…
In Marie's room…
Carlos: (Knock on door) …
Marie: Come…in…
Carlos: (Enter) Good morning, Marie. How are you doing now?
Marie: I think it's okay for you to let me go now…Thanks for taking me in and raising me for the past few months.
Carlos: Let you go? But then where will you go? If you leave this place, you may not have a place to go.
Marie: I'd rather accept that than disturb you and other people in this Church… They…seem to not like me around here…
Carlos: I've talked to them, Marie and they allowed you to stay with us.
Marie: (Tail wags) R…Really?!
Carlos: Under one condition…
Marie: What is it?!!! I'll do it no matter what it is!!!!
Carlos: Well, you need to become a holy knight yourself once you grow up and serve for the Church in order to stay.
Marie: I will do it!!! I will become strong too! I won't back down anymore!!!
Carlos: That's nice to see your enthusiasm this much (Pat Marie) but you need to grow up first Marie, then you will start the training to become one! (Leave)
Marie: If I can become stronger…then…I can protect people!!!
After that day, Marie dedicates herself to admiring the Holy Knight of the Church, from training all the way to hunting. Once Marie grows up, she adapts quickly to the training much to Carlos' surprise and since she is a half beast, she learns and fights faster, better than everyone else, manages to top everyone and become the best trainee of the Holy Knight. Though successful, Marie herself still feels empty as she is uncertain about her future…
One day while sleeping on a nearby hill outside the town, Marie suddenly catches a dream of a 'Distant Land' and the huntress who saved her years ago was there. As the memories flow back to Marie, she tried to chase after her savior but everything was slowly disappearing whenever she reached close to the huntress, leaving Marie in anguish whenever she woke up. That dream is all the reasons to keep Marie running to look for a certain 'Magic' to help her reach that 'Distant Land'.
Twelve years later when Marie becomes an official member of the Holy Knight.
On a hill…
Marie: (Back out) Woah!!! That's a fierce one…be careful everyone!!!
Commander: No need to worry, we got it surrounded!!! Prepare for a counter attack, everyone!!! (Prepare a sharp whirlwind) Whenever you are, Marie!
Archers: Yes!!!
Marie: Alright! Wait for my attack…!!! (Dash to the monster)
Monster: (Slam Marie)!!!!
Marie: Heh… (Quickly dodge away) Kyaahh!!!! (Slash the monster's hand)
Monster: (Scream in pain) AGRAGGRAGGRAGGGRAGGRAGGR!!!
Marie: (Prepare a transparent sword) Everyone, now!!!
Commander: You've heard her!!! (Throw the whirlwind at the monster)
As the monster roars in pain because of the sharp whirlwind and rain of arrows piercing it, Marie takes the opportunity to land the finishing blow!
Marie: My turn…! (Launch the transparent sword by slashing it) High Speed!!! (Dash behind the monster)
Marie then slashes the monster's back as the transparent sword pierces through its torso, killing the monster at once!
Marie: Phew…we got it!!! Good job everyone, let's head back and report to Carlos and others!!!
Everyone: (Loud cheering)
Afterwards, the Church holds a celebration for a successful suppression, but Marie is on her own looking at the sky at the back of the Church…
Marie: (Eating) Sooooo GOOD!!!
Carlos: You're here again? Why don't you celebrate with everyone else?
Marie: Carlos!!! Ah…well, I'm currently taking some times for myself!!! Today is a big suppression after all so I do need some personal space.
Carlos: I see…then I'm sorry for interrupting you.
Marie: Wait up!!! I don't mind you're here!!!
Carlos: If you're okay with it. (Sit down next to Marie) How are you now?
Marie: Thanks to you for raising and supporting me…I manage to have a safe life thanks to you! …Although I'm not sure if serving the Church is the only goal in my life…
Carlos: Still pondering about the future, huh? Hey…cheer up. You should think of it when the time comes. For now, just keep living in the present and not worry too much about the uncertain future.
Marie: I guess so…Thanks for cheering me up…
Carlos: But I might have to ask you one thing. How did you manage to overcome all the trauma of monster and become so cheerful?
Marie: Ah…before you brought me back that day…there was a monster heard my cry and approached me. Suddenly, a huntress came and killed it with one attack…I just think of her and move on!
Carlos: A huntress…? Hmm…
Marie: Is there anything wrong? You seem a little concerned…
Carlos: There was a huntress on the loose that day, she was being hunted by us for killing our founder.
Marie: Eh…so the one that saved me was a nemesis of us…?
Carlos: You remember how she looked?
Marie: Uhm…I'm not too sure but her sword! There was a crest on her sword…a white crest that resembled somewhat like a flower…
Carlos: Yes…that was definitely the White Rose Sinner…She is the one that killed our founder but we managed to catch her and ended her life for good.
Marie: Eh…So, my hero was our enemy…?
Carlos: Don't think too much about it, Marie…After all, it's just the past. It matters little, all that matters now is what is ahead of you.
Marie: (Smile) I understand!!!
Carlos: If you excuse me…I have meetings to attend so I will see you again soon. Have a good night, Marie… (Leave)
Marie: (Wave hand) You too, Carlos!!! (Look at the sky) White Rose Sinner…? She didn't look evil or scary that day, she was…lamenting…I wonder what happened to her…
The next day Marie decides to have a day off and wanders around the streets of the town though Marie notices the atmosphere of the town is really quiet…

Gloomy Man: Ouches…my books…
Marie: Owie…huh! Are you alright? You don't look so good right now!!!
Gloomy Man: No worries, that's just how I look… (Stand up) Sorry that I bumped into you, I wasn't looking… (Picking up books)
Marie: I wasn't looking either!!! Let me help you sir!!! (Help picking)
Lorel: No need to be so formal. I'm still young…my name is Lorel. (Stand up)
Marie: Oh…nice to meet ya, Lorel! Here (Give the books) That is a lot of books you are carrying.
Lorel: Well…my friend is a researcher and she reads a lot so I have to bring these back for her…either way, thanks for helping me…you must be Marie?

As Marie keeps wandering the silent town, the intense silence of everyone scares her so she goes outside and looks for her usual spot to sleep.
In the afternoon…on a hill.
Marie: (Yawning) Ahhhh…I come to this hill again for a sleep… (Stretching) So, that dream came again…that 'Distant Land' and she was there too, but…it all disappeared again. I should become an adventurer after serving enough for the Church, maybe then I will then find the 'Magic' to reach that 'Distant Land' somewhere out there! Once I find it…I will be chasing after her! Not a single day I won't! (Point to the sky and notice it's late afternoon) Eh??!!! I overslept!!!! (Quickly rush back)
Back in Carlos' office…
Carlos: (Reviewing papers) Interesting…
Marie: (Breathing heavily) …I'm…back…ugh…
Carlos: Huh…? Marie? What's the hurry? Have a seat, you look really exhausted.
Marie: I just…immediately rushed back…after oversleeping outside…
Carlos: There isn't any emergency at the moment…and it's your day off. You don't need to take it seriously today, just relax.

Lorel: How do you find all these things so quickly? Do you happen to know its place or just by chance?
Marie: I wouldn't say it's by chance. My nose and ears are just extremely good!!! I can smell the herbs and hear the monster from far away so I know exactly where they are!!! Though…they are quite sensitive at times, especially to strong smells or loud noises…blegh…
Lorel: Interesting.
Marie: I can even smell your perfume from here!!! Its smell is really pleasing!!!
Lorel: Uhm…Really?
Lorel: (Giggle) I now know your scent, he he…it's quite comforting to be honest.
Lorel: I'm not sure if that's a good thing or not…Anyways, you're quite strong and talented for how young you are.
Marie: Well…Carlos taught me well and besides, I'm a half beast so my physical strength is a bit better than that of a human. Plus, with all the special training of the Holy Knights…I quickly become the strongest and cutest knight!
Lorel: That sounds nice for you…Though, how long do you intend to work for them? Or you gonna serve them forever?
Marie: Hmmm…Well, I haven't thought much of it. I'm still young so I prefer to keep training and serving till there are better people to replace me as for after that…I'm still thinking.
Lorel: Geez…you're so dedicated to serving them, huh?
Marie: Uhm…I do have a 'thing' to chase after…
Lorel: Oh? What is it then?
Marie: To find my savior!!! The so-called 'White Rose Sinner'!!!
Lorel: (Surprised) White Rose Sinner…?
Marie: Years ago, a massive monster raid happened and…it wiped out my village. As a monster was about to attack me, she came and saved me. Ever since that day, she left such a big impression on me…not only as my savior but also the one who gave me reason to fight! To keep on running!
Lorel: Huh…Isn't that a bit…naïve to think about?
Marie: Yes…I keep seeing her in my dream…in that 'Distant land' but I can't reach her…If I can't reach her there then I will find her somewhere out there with a certain 'Magic'!
Lorel: Huh? But what for? Why do you need to find that infamous huntress?
Marie: I don't know why actually…I guess I just want to see her! I believe she is the one who painted that dream, and I need a certain 'Magic' to look for that 'Distant Land' and find her…though it probably doesn't make any sense to you…, that is enough to give me a reason to keep up! (Tail wags)
Lorel: I guess I was wrong about you then.
Marie: Not really…it's still rather vague. I heard from Carlos that the White Rose Sinner was killed by the Church because she attacked them…but I wonder why?
Lorel: I did hear tales about this but it's very dangerous to tell this to you since you work for the Church.
Marie: Can you…tell me about it? The mere fact that I looked up to her…is probably not a good thing to the Church. That's why I'm telling you this outside! Or else I wouldn't even dare to speak of her inside the town!
Lorel: How do I say this, she believed people should be free from the influence of 'Faith' and people should follow their own heart instead of the Church.
Marie: Eh…? (Confused)
Lorel: I guess to put it bluntly, she didn't believe the Church is good for people and in fact, they are corrupting people with false hope so she wished to end it though it wasn't very successful.

Marie: Not really, I helped him and he helped me back! I believe he is quite reputable in the adventurer guild!
Carlos: An adventurer with a reputation, huh?
Marie: If possible, can we invite him to join us! I think he will be a great addition to the Holy Knights!!!
Carlos: He would be a great addition but judging from his status, I don't think he will join because he already has a stable job and life.

Marie: Little one…?! Stop calling me that!!! (Launch a transparent sword to the trespasser)
'Blind' girl: (Cut the transparent sword with her own sword) Woah…calm down, I'm not here to fight you!!!
Marie: No way!!! You must be an enemy of the Church then!!! This is a restricted area marked by the Church! How could someone like you enter this place!
'Blind' girl: Put your swords away, then we can talk it out…
Marie: Not after you launched that chain to my face!!! (Dash to the blind girl)

Marie repeatedly cuts the girl but she sees every move and dodge everything flawlessly…Marie then backs away.

'Blind' girl: I really don't want to hurt you.
Marie: I won't give up that easily! (Launch another transparent sword and dash along with it) How about two at once!
'Blind' girl: (Sigh) You force my hand then…
The girl then breaks Marie's transparent sword with a quick cut then dodge Marie's dash and unleashes the chain to bind Marie, immobilizing her.
Marie: (Struggle to escape) Heh??!!! What is this trickery!!! Let me go!!!
'Blind' girl: …Quiet now or else you will attract them.
Marie: Why would I!!! I will scream as loud as possible so that someone will come to catch you!!!
'Blind' girl: You can't be serious. (Cover Marie's mouth) Shh!
Marie: (Muffled noise) Uhm!!! Mhm!!! Uhmm!!! ... (Tired breathing)
'Blind' girl: Will you listen to me now…Marie?
Marie: (Surprised)!!!
Before the girl can explain the whole thing, a knife is thrown to them.
'Blind' girl: Huh?! (Deflect the knife) Tch…Someone is here!
Commander: So, you are the one that's been making a lot of noise recently here, huh? (Pick the knife back)
Marie: (Relieved panting)!!!
'Blind' girl: Hmph…This is so troublesome… (Draw the sword)
Commander: Oh? Why so hesitant, trespasser?
Marie tries to struggle around to catch the commander's attention but he seems to fixate on the girl.
'Blind' girl: (Detach the chain and tie Marie to a tree) Stay there and don't move!
Marie: AH!!! …Commander!!! Save me!!!
Commander: That dog is really good for nothing…Carlos may have overestimated you. I will deal with you later after this one
Marie: Eh…?
'Blind' girl: Do not come closer to me…
Commander: Where is your other friend? You two have been sneaking around this place for a while now so it's time you should face the consequences!
'Blind' girl: That is none of your business.
Commander: That's unfortunate…well then… (Dash to the girl) Shall we begin? (Perform a quick slash)
'Blind' girl: What?! (Raise sword and block the attack then back out) …Ugh! You're fast…!
Commander: You saw that, huh? For someone that is blind, your reaction is extremely good, probably even better than that dog.
Marie: Huh…what's the meaning of this, commander?!! Aren't you supposed to help me!!!
Commander: Quiet!!! Stay there and let us duel!!!
Marie: (Ears fold and scared) Ah…uhm…
'Blind' girl: I thought she was on the same side with you. Why act so aggressive toward her?
Commander: They're all the same in my eyes…just some wild animal. But focus on the fight here. (Point the sword at the girl) Don't let her distract you, got it?
'Blind' girl: Hmph…
Commander: You look quite determined…I like it!!! (Attack the girl)
'Blind' girl: (Block the continuous attacks) Tch!!!
Commander: What's wrong? Don't tell me that you think you can raid this place without us noticing?!!! (Enhanced slash)
'Blind' girl: Huh?! (Raise sword to block and weaken the impact) Urgh!!!!
Commander: Why keep blocking? Don't make it a one-sided fight! (Push the girl away) HAH!
'Blind' girl: …!!!! Urg… (''I can't keep fighting like this…chaining Marie costs more soul energy than I thought…'') Phew…alright then.
The chain suddenly loosens and retreats back to the girl's sword.
Commander: Hoh?! Finally, you take me seriously now!!!
'Blind' girl: Don't interrupt us, Marie.
Marie: Uhm…ok. (Slowly back away)
'Blind' girl: (Remove the blindfold) I will make it quick…
Commander: Interesting!!! (Try to dash and slash the girl)
The girl swiftly evades the slash and unleashes the chain to bind his sword to the ground, immobilizing the commander.
Commander: What the?!! (Try to pull the sword out)
'Blind' girl: (Use the sword's hilt and hit the commander) Take this!!!
Commander: Arg!!!! You…bastard!!! (Pull a knife out and stab the girl)
'Blind' girl: (Use arm and take the stab) Ugh!!!
Commander: I knew it!!! (Quickly pull the sword from the ground and slash) Die!
'Blind' girl: (Wrap self in chain and jam the commander's sword in chains) Hmph…
Commander: Huh?!! Not this again!!! (Start creating the sharp Whirlwind) If you like holding it that much then try this!
The whirlwind quickly cuts through the girl's chain but she resists and pulls the knife out of her arm and stabs the commander.
'Blind' girl: Ugh!!! (Stab on the shoulder)
Commander: …!!! (Stop the girl's hand) Heh! Too weak!
'Blind' girl: Gotcha!!!
The girl then let go of her chain and forms it into a net to capture the sharp whirlwind then she wraps the chain around the commander!
'Blind' girl: Have a taste of your own medicine!
Commander: ARGHHHH!!!! Let me go!!!! (Try to escape)
Blind girl: Not that fast!!! (Tightly grab the chain to squeeze tighter)

The commander then uses the knife and sneakily stabs at Theresa but she reacts in time and uses the chain and binds his arm…
Theresa: Urgh!!!
Commander: Wonderful… (Kick Theresa away)

Commander: (Drop the sword and grab the chain then pull Theresa to him) Your trick won't work on me again!!!

Just as the commander prepares to punch Theresa, she detaches the chain from her sword and quickly regains balance…
Commander: Huh…?! Good choice there.

Theresa swiftly dodges the attack then uses the chain to bind the sword and the commander's hand. Fusing her sword with soul energy, Theresa quickly dissipates the whirlwind around the commander's sword.
Commander: What the?! You…can do that???
Theresa: I've learned a lot after our first encounter… (Point sword at the commander) Now then!!!
Theresa then pulls the chain, causing the chain to also pull the commander toward Theresa's sword.
Commander: (Pierced) What the??!!! (Cough out blood)

As soon as Marie is free from her restraints, she gives Lorel a big hug and cries…

The three then leave the prison cell and head to the main chamber in a hurry and once they arrive, a terrifying presence notices their entrance.
Carlos: Hmmm…? (Look down) Oh my…you escaped, Marie. Didn't I ask you to wait for me?
Marie: …Stop this already, Carlos!!! I won't let you spread your madness!!!
Carlos: (Laugh) I welcome you…to this wonderful ritual. Isn't this a beautiful night for a resurrection? (Open a magic circle)
Lorel: He's not listening to you… (Look around and see candles are being lit) Wait…this is not the resurrecting circle?
Theresa: Woah!!!?(Jump away and dodge a hand raising from the ground) They are raising the dead!
Marie: Huh?!! Eek!!! (Slash the raising undead) What is that thing????
Lorel: (Cut the undead) HAH! He is using necromancy to raise the dead back and attack us!!! Watch out!!!
Carlos: You're doing me a favor…everyone had poured their dedication out tonight and sacrificed for the resurrection but not enough blood, you will join them shortly!!!
Carlos observes at the group intensely as they try to fend off the horde of rising undead. With every undead killed, the floor is slowly becoming more and more bloody…and as the floor is filled with more blood the room glows redder.
Carlos: Did you expect I don't have preparation against ambush tonight? The White Rose Sinner might be dead but there is always someone stalking the cult. I cannot let my guards down so I just have a little defense…Though, I did not expect to see two visitors and a traitor.
Marie: Everything you said is a LIE to me!!! (Launch a transparent sword to Carlos) Everything you did for me is all FAKE!!! (Launch another transparent sword at Carlos) It's all for your own selfish FAITH!!!
Carlos: (Break the attack) No, Marie. I did raise you with care and love but after seeing how fast you grow and the White Night's occurrence this year…I couldn't ignore the perfect chance for a resurrection ritual.
Lorel: Shut up already! You deceived her whole life and this is how you act when your mask slips! People like you…don't deserve her!!!
Carlos: For an adventurer, you sure are quite nosy into others business! (Summon a tentacle and strike to Lorel) Quiet!!!
Lorel: What the!!!! (Raise arm and try to block the attack)
Theresa quickly uses the chain and redirects the attack away…
Carlos: Huh?! (Retreat the tentacle)

Lorel: Yea…
Carlos: Hmmm? Such a quick reaction time… (Close the magic circle to stop the necromancy) This is enough blood…You might be a better vessel than Marie…
Theresa: Huh…Funny. I thought a minute ago, you want us dead and now, you switch your attention to me?
Carlos: Marie was only improvisation because others are incompetent but you, you look competent, even better than Marie so you would be a perfect vessel for her!
Theresa: Your founder would hate the body of a certain sinner...
Carlos: What are you rambling about?

Carlos: (Jump down) Well then…I can do my vengeance right here! And even use your body as a vessel for her too!!! Quite convenient that you reveal yourself here!!! I don't need Marie anymore!!!!
Theresa: Tch…
Carlos: Heh…Wanting to end this long-lasting rival? Are you sure about that? Your predecessor failed so why don't you consider stopping being an enemy of our heaven and accept it.
Theresa: Hmph…I'd rather die as a sinner than submit to you! If I'm an enemy of your heaven then bring your heaven down and fight me!!! (Throw a chain to Carlos)
Carlos: As you wish!!! (Summon tentacle to grab the chain and try to immobilize Theresa) Your chain will weigh you down, Sinner!
Theresa detaches the chain from the sword to make a quick burst dash and slash Carlos but he anticipates the attack and dodge it before throwing a blood orb at Theresa!
Theresa: Huh?! (The blood orb expands into spikes, piercing Theresa) Urghg?!!
Carlos: Tch…Tch…Tch…Too impatient.
Theresa: Heh…I got your full attention, didn't I?
Carlos: Huh?!
As Carlos turns back, a sudden dark lash slashes behind Carlos.
Carlos: ARGHHHHH!!!! What the???!!!
Lorel: Forget about me so soon?
Carlos: You wretched thug!!! (Use a tentacle and attack Lorel)
Lorel: (Swiftly block the attack and cut the tentacle) Hmph…
Theresa: Now, Lorel!
Lorel then extends his dark lash into a net-like object and he uses it to obscure Carlos' vision.
Carlos: Argh!!! What the heck is this??!! (Struggling to remove it)
Theresa then steps back to cut the tentacle away and free her chain then she quickly throws it to bind Carlos while he is still off-balance by Lorel's attack!
Carlos: Urg!!!! What is this straggling thing??!!
Theresa: Now is the time, Lorel!!! (Hold the chain down tightly) No escape for you, Carlos! (Dash to Carlos)
Carlos: Damn you wretched sinners!!!! (Struggling to escape)
Lorel: Alright, Theresa!!! (Retreat the dark net back to its lash form)
In an instant, Lorel's dark lash and Theresa's sword simultaneously strike at Carlos' heart.
Carlos: ARGHH!!!! (Cough out blood)
Lorel: This is for what you did too Marie!!!
Theresa: It ends right here!
Carlos: … (Slowly losing consciousness as blood is pouring out excessively)
Though Theresa and Lorel struck at Carlos' vital point, his head rises abnormally and stares blankly at Theresa then blood suddenly surrounds his body…
Carlos(?): (Laugh hysterically) …HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!
Theresa: (Scared) What are you laughing at?!
Lorel: Huh…something isn't right! You're supposed to be dead!!!
Carlos(?): Am…I…?
Theresa and Lorel quickly step back as they notice the surrounding glows even redder and brighter, then Carlos' floating body starts absorbing all blood on the floor…
Marie: (Quickly rush to Theresa and Lorel) Watch out!!!
A sudden blood orb forms and unleashes a blood tentacle to strike at Lorel and Theresa!!!
Theresa raises her sword to block but the impact is too strong and knocks the two back far away.
Theresa: Urg!!!! …
Lorel: Damn it?!! What is happening!!!!
Marie: (Help Carlos and Theresa get up) Something isn't right with him…he looks so erratic. (Ears fold and shiver in fear)
Carlos(?): Hehehehehe…need…more!!! (Unleash more blood tentacles at Theresa and Lorel)
The blood then wraps around Carlos' body…forming an incomplete bloody humanoid entity smirking at the group maliciously!
Lorel: (Cut the blood tentacle) It looks like a last-ditch effort; Carlos uses his own body as a vessel for the resurrection but something must have gone wrong, that thing is still a being with incomplete sentiment!!!
Theresa: But…! (Slash the blood tentacle) …It keeps sending blood tentacles from all sides!!! We can't approach it!!!
Marie: (Attack the blood tentacle) What should we do now??? How are we supposed to kill it now before it gains consciousness?
As the group keeps fending off the endless barrage of blood tentacles, the entity is wrapping itself in more blood to build its own body…
Marie: It's…fixing itself!!!
Lorel: This is bad, we can't approach it too…
Theresa: (Detach the chain and give Marie her sword) Use this!!!
Marie: Huh…? This is your sword?
Theresa: It looks like the tentacles mostly aim for me and Lorel, not you and they don't move that fast. Use your technique and strike that thing at its core with my sword!!!!
Lorel: I see your point, Theresa. This might just be our only chance!!!
Marie: (Hesitate) I… (Take Theresa's sword) …Alright!!!! Watch my back as I make a dash towards it!
Lorel: Don't worry, we got you covered!
Theresa: It's now or never!
Marie then charges towards the entity with full speed using both of her swords to quickly cut down every tentacle blocking her path.
The entity notices the fast-approaching Marie and redirects all the tentacles to her but Lorel and Theresa manage to hold them back!
Marie: High Speed!!!
Marie then cuts an opening at the bloody entity with her swords then pierces her swords into the entity's hands and pins its body to the ground.
The entity then screams out in pain!!!
Marie: (''I can do this!!! They believe in me…even if there is no one left for me… Lorel and Theresa are with me!!!!'') (Raise Theresa's sword up) Try Again!
Marie delivers the final strike onto the entity's exposed core with Theresa's sword plunging deep into it.
The entity screams in pain as it tries to escape but Marie's swords pin it to the ground, making it unable to break free. With a final cry, the entity slowly melts away into blood…
Marie: Ah… (Kneel down) Phew…Is it over?
Theresa: It…is dead, finally!!! It's over!!! We've done it, Theo!!!
Lorel: Hey…Is it me or this place is trembling so hard right now…
Marie: (Ears twitch) I feel it too!!! We need to leave now!!!!
The three then quickly leave the underground mansion before it collapses, as it collapses, it also brings down the Church, destroying everything in one big fall.
Before they can leave in silence, a group of guards and authority come and notice Marie is with Theresa and Lorel so they deem her wanted and chase her down but the group manages to run away from them.
Next morning…somewhere outside the town…
Marie: Ehhh…hehehehe…That was such a chaotic night…
Theresa: This…is not good for you, we accidentally make you a wanted fugitive in your town…I'm sorry for you, Marie.
Marie: I think I'm alright…we managed to stop them from reviving the founder after all!!!
