Prologue
These were rough times indeed many things were happening in the world, technology had reached greater heights and was soaring but the more humanity reached higher levels they lust for more power created divisions, wars bloody massacres, many lives lost. Children were kidnapped or they were sold by their parents for money or they were taken by force even from the age of 3 for bloody experiments becoming victims of the evil and suffering in the world. This was an age that humanity had never reached before know as The Apex age. Zack Thembika Steel was one of the unlucky children separated from his parents by force they were murdered brutally murdered 8 years ago when he was just an innocent 8 year old child. This traumatised him greatly. Evil had corrupted this world. This was an era , an era whereby there was lust for more power. Runes special artifacts that were found in a cave caused this whole thing. Scientists who were doing their research on these mystical things discovered something unique about these runes they contained a power which later on was called battle energy which according to doctor Hoffenheim was a power that could help the military since it paved a way for cultivation. At first the information was kept by the nation that had discovered it as a secret and a serious matter but later it leaked out to surrounding nations that was almost 200 years ago when this discovery had been made. So for more power and dominance nations like the USA, European and Top notch Asian countries started harvesting the runes and used them to create new weapons, upgrade their industries and for cultivation also. The other countries discovered these things a bit later the runes mystical but yet unique, dangerous but yet too good to let go were used. Since there were fights over the years and many battles came after this the whole world seemed to have been torn apart by the cultivators. Although it seemed better than then..... these runes were the cause this discovery caused violence nobody knew what was to come was dangerous until it happened. In a cell there were other kids with him they were used as experiments by them. Currently they were in a ship that could not be located even if you used the latest tracker device you couldn't detect them. "Number 24 you are next", yelled one of their prisoners as he looked at Zack whose countenance did not change one bit he stood up and followed behind him. Be safe man a blonde haired 16 year old like him told him also this was his friend Blaze. Almost all of them here were friends since they shared the same sad story the only way to minimise this misery was when they laughed together and cheered together and even cried together. He arrived near the guard and looked at him with intense hatred but he could not attack him even if he knew he could kill him with one pinch he could not because the metallic collar flashed red making him cry in anguish and making him powerless. "You lowly psychopath the guard scoffed before unleashing a series of punches all over his body before taking the bloodied bastard away".
