Chapter 10 - Chapter 10 Please, Hold On

"Ariel and her maid, I hope they're okay. I have to think positively, yes, positively," Sri said through her tears as she used her magic to lift the rocks that had trapped Ariel and Melisa.

She continued to lift the rocks, and after a depth of six meters, small bubbles began to appear, followed by one large bubble containing Melisa and Ariel, both unconscious. The bubble gently floated and landed near Sri before slowly disappearing.

Ariel was blessed with a unique ability, a passive skill that activated instantly: the Bubble skill. If Ariel took a massive blow, the bubble would appear and turn into a strong protective shield.

"Thank goodness, you're both safe, but you're in such a weak condition. I will wake you up with my healing magic. Heal!" Sri said, her voice filled with emotion as she saw that neither Ariel nor Melisa were injured. She quickly began administering first aid.

Sitting in front of Ariel and Melisa, who were still unconscious, Sri directed her hand towards their bodies.

Whoooosh... A green light enveloped Ariel and Melisa, followed by flowers blooming beside them, and gradually, both Ariel and Melisa woke up from their faint.

"Master, are you alright? Forgive me, master, I couldn't protect you," Melisa said anxiously as she quickly sat up and checked Ariel's small body.

"I'm fine, just thank you. If it weren't for you, Aunt, protecting me from Melinda's attack, who knows what would have happened to me," Ariel replied while holding his head, still a little dizzy. He then sat cross-legged.

"Thank goodness, you're both alright. Hiiiks, hiiiks," Sri said with joy as she hugged Melisa and Ariel while crying.

"Who are you? Don't hug me so casually, get away!" Ariel snapped, startled by the unfamiliar figure hugging him. Sri, now appearing as a 20-year-old woman, was completely unrecognizable to him.

"I'm Sri, Ariel's older sister. This is my new form, which I gained after the battle with Melinda," Sri explained what had happened to her to Ariel.

"Oh, that evil woman, the one with no manners! I'll deal with her, Master, you must run and save yourself!" Melisa said after hearing Melinda's name, instantly getting into a defensive stance, ready to protect Ariel.

"That woman is already gone, her servant too. By the way, how should I address your servant, Ariel? Should I call you 'Aunt' as well, or 'sister' or 'loyal servant'?" Sri asked, trying to decide what to call Melisa.

"Oh, just call me Melisa, Sri. By the way, how did you get such power? Did you get a huge power boost after becoming human and defeating Melinda?" Melisa asked Sri with great curiosity.

"Yes, after panicking when I saw you both being attacked by Melinda, I begged the master of the universe to grant me great power. After that, I heard a voice from the sky, and I first turned into a little girl, then eventually became like this," Sri explained what had happened after Ariel and Melisa had been knocked off the cliff and buried under rocks.

"Sri, oh I see. So much has happened that defies logic! You've changed so quickly, and wait! Wasn't this land barren, cracked, and scorched black? Why is it green again now?" After Sri explained, Ariel began to believe what had happened before he lost consciousness. He now realized that the place they were sitting in, once scorched by Melinda's attack, was now lush with grass and flowers.

"I healed this place with my magic after defeating Melinda," Sri said, smiling.

"Sri, I'm not seeing things, right? There are many wild stars and monsters around us," Melisa asked, making sure her vision was accurate.

"It's true, what you're seeing is reality, Aunt Melisa. After I defeated Melinda, all the monsters bowed to me," Sri confirmed.

Then, a dragon from the many wild creatures approached Sri and spoke.

"Thank you, oh Protector Goddess. Thanks to you, we have been freed from the evil influence of the Monster Goddess. For so long, Melinda controlled us and turned us wild. May we return to our nests? If you ever need help, we will come to your aid."

"Hehehe, don't worry about it. Just go back to your homes in peace," Sri said shyly.

"Alright, everyone, let's return to the forest and go back to our respective dens," the dragon commanded the other monsters, and eventually, all the creatures returned to their homes.

"You're amazing, Sri. Thank goodness you're here! Thank you so much for saving me and Aunt Melisa," Ariel said gratefully, amazed by what Sri had done.

"I, as your loyal servant, am truly grateful to you, Sri, for protecting Master from danger," Melisa said, thanking Sri as well.

"It's nothing. This is all a blessing from the master of the universe," Sri said humbly.

"Finally, all the problems are behind us. I'm so relieved that you both are safe and we can be together again," Ariel sighed in relief.

"You're so kind, Master. You're even concerned about someone like me, a mere servant," Melisa said, crying and touched after the horrors she had faced.

"Sri, you really are the best. Even in such a dangerous situation, you still cared for others," Ariel said, his voice filled with happiness.

"It seems we're safe now. I'm not thinking about anything else except for my body, which has turned so small. Sigh, what a mess! I'll examine my body first. Turns out, this is the effect of transitioning to another world—destroyed, aged, and now younger. I'll need some rocks and materials to create a recovery machine, but my only equipment is this advanced armor I'm wearing," Ariel said, examining his body with a hologram in his hands.

"Master, forgive me for being rude, but why did you leave without telling Master and Mistress? If Mistress hadn't ordered me to watch over you, who knows what might have happened," Melisa scolded Ariel.

"Hehe, sorry, I thought I could easily travel to another dimension without any risks. I also felt a little too comfortable. Once we return, I'll immediately apologize to Mom and Dad," Ariel said regretfully, apologizing to Melisa for his reckless actions.
