Chapter 3 - Chapter 3 Morning at the Violet Residence

After spending a delightful holiday with Sri and the mermaids, Ariel slept soundly on his massage bed. This special bed, designed to relieve fatigue, emitted gentle vibrations that mimicked the sensation of being massaged. Whenever the mattress touched his back, it produced a soothing effect, making his body feel refreshed and relaxed by morning.

"Yaaaawn… Good morning, beautiful sunny day! And hello to the cheerful birds singing this morning," Ariel said while stretching his body and yawning.

Knock knock.

"Excuse me, young master. Good morning. Are you awake already?" said Aunt Melisa politely, knocking on Ariel's door. As usual, she brought a set of fresh clothes for him.

"Yes, Auntie. Good morning. Please wait a moment, I'm awake and coming out soon," Ariel replied while stretching again and walking out of his room.

"Here you go, young master. Don't forget to get ready on time. Breakfast with the master and madam should not be missed," said Aunt Melisa as she handed him the clothes.

"Auntie, why do you always take care of my clothes? I'm already an adult I can wash and iron them myself. I'm 23 now," Ariel said with a curious tone as he took the clothes from her.

"Young master, this is my duty as a maid. And your duty is to continue learning and studying. Everyone has their own role in life, and we must fulfill it well. Just look at your room—it's full of books and research documents," Aunt Melisa explained gently.

"But there's still plenty of space, Auntie," Ariel said while pointing at his spacious room.

"No need to think too much, young master. I'm happy serving you and the Violet family," she said with a warm smile.

"Alright then, Auntie. If you're happy doing it, thank you for all your hard work today. I'll go take a bath now. Don't forget to smile and be happy," Ariel said, closing the door behind him.

"Such a kind and thoughtful young man," Aunt Melisa whispered to herself, smiling as she continued her work.

Like most mornings, Ariel woke up early feeling fresh and energetic. He joined his family for breakfast at the dining hall. That day, his parents decided to leave for a journey to the secret continent Atlantis. Although they invited Ariel to come along, he chose to stay behind.

For now, Ariel paused his project on interdimensional portal creation. After dedicating so much time to research and development, he decided to take a break to enjoy a simple life at home exercising, training with the staff, and playing with the animals he had rescued as a child from the forest. Ariel even built a special wireless translation headset so the animals could understand and communicate with him.

After his parents departed, Ariel went to his personal library and took out a book titled "Becoming Human." Despite the title, the book wasn't about transforming into a human it discussed the essence of humanity through etiquette and morality. Ariel found deep meaning in such teachings.

His brilliance allowed him to understand complex problems easily. He didn't need to study technology in detail once he grasped the concept, the rest followed effortlessly. Instead, Ariel enjoyed learning about manners, ethics, and the morals of life, values his parents had instilled in him since childhood.

His kind and intelligent nature was no coincidence. Ariel inherited his remarkable traits from his family. His father, Rama Violet, descended from an ancient, highly intelligent civilization on the island of Java, a clan believed to have perished during the Great War a thousand years ago. The name Violet symbolized the radiant energy of violet sunlight, much like how their people once balanced the world's energies.

On the other hand, Ariel's mother, Arum Ayu Dewi Jagat, came from a lineage deeply connected with nature. The Dewi Jagat clan, known for their high moral standards and spiritual sensitivity, were skilled in reading nature's signs. Their myths were tied to deities like Dewi Sri, the goddess of agriculture. They lived hidden in enchanted forests, away from common human contact.

Rama met Arum during a visit to a conservation forest in Kalimantan, where he was monitoring his investments. One day, while investigating illegal logging and hunting, Rama encountered a strange situation camp equipment scattered, yet no people in sight. Then, he noticed a young woman perched in a tree, alert and observant.

"Did you… eliminate them?" Rama asked. "You're from the Dewi Jagat clan, aren't you?"

Arum replied, surprised, "And you… Are you from the Violet clan? How could your people still exist?"

She descended gracefully from the tree. Her appearance was ethereal blue eyes, sharp nose, soft Asian skin, green hair, and a tight-fitting silver outfit adorned with green patterns.

"I didn't just kill them out of hatred. They slaughtered the forest's creatures my friends. I offered their bodies to the Putri Ayu plant, a carnivorous flora that nourishes the earth," she explained calmly.

"I came only to capture them and hand them over to the authorities… But perhaps, this is nature's justice," Rama answered.

"If you understand, then I shall leave," Arum said as she turned away.

"Wait! May I escort you home? I have a flying armor suit you can use."

"Do you think I don't know advanced technology?" she smiled. Suddenly, her body was enveloped in a glowing light her aircraft appeared silently from the skies.

"Wait don't go! Will you marry me?" Rama exclaimed suddenly. "I've been alone since I was five… and I have no other match. Will you be my wife?"

"If you truly mean it, come and meet my family. Ask for their blessing," Arum replied with a gentle smile before flying off.

Rama followed her aircraft and soon arrived at the gates of Dewi Jagat. He was amazed everything in that secret realm was advanced and futuristic. After stating his intentions, Arum's family and village elders approved the marriage quickly. Arum was of age, and if no suitor appeared, she would have been arranged with someone else.

The wedding was held in a grand ceremony. Rama stayed for a few weeks before returning with his new wife to his home.

And thus, the union of Rama Violet and Arum Dewi Jagat brought forth a new life Ariel Violet. His brilliance, compassion, and integrity were the fruits of a great heritage and a pure, healthy upbringing
