The cold wind caressed his skin, scattering his hair into the wind. He stared across the pale fields, his ink ruby eyes laced with curiosity, and loose silk robe fluttering in the cold breeze.
"Ah," he sighed, closing his hands as he took a step forward, nearly stumbling over. He took his time, trying to get used to his new body, reaching out his right hand, "I survived that?"
Bare moments ago, he was live streaming a multiplayer game when his computers caught on fire and exploded. The smell of his burning flesh lingered till he let out his dying breath.
Now, he opened his eyes and found himself in this weird place. The fading fauna reminded him of some washed out painting. The pale grass, although bladed in shape, felt very soft.
"It worked!" a loud cry of joy sounded, pulling him out of his deep thoughts.
His head snapped in the direction of the sharp cry, his pupils narrowed to slits — like that of a snake. As he dragged his feet across the ground, moving to the sound, his heart raced.
"Oh, Lord!" A man, paled faced with ruffled black hair, charged out of the bushed. He had his hands stretched out, throwing himself to the ground, "You've returned from penance."
"Tell me," The man referred to as 'Lord' started in an icy voice, glaring down at the man in apprehension, his narrowed pupils returning to normal, "What is my name? Who are you?"
"Lord Silas, please have mercy!" The man screamed, trembling on the ground. He spoke in a loud voice, eating the dust as he spoke, "I sacrificed twelve of my children to revive you!"
"Twelve?" Silas muttered, staggering back and lifting his hands to his gaze. He frowned as he ruminated over those words, his icy glare warming, "Am I worth those children's lives?"
"Lord, please! Save our clan from destruction!" the man sobbed, still trembling like a twig in the wind. He refused to lift his head from bowing to Silas' feet, trying to show reverence.
Silas observed the man in response. He wore rags, his boots looking like a rat's last meal. A cold gleam flashed in his eyes as Silas turned from the man, "I was reincarnated as a Silas?"
In his former life, he was a popular streamer going by the same name. Silas squeezed both his hands, 'After that explosion, I was sure I was going to hell. I guess I wasn't very lucky.'
A blue screen appeared before his vision, causing Silas to raise a brow in nonchalance. He'd already expected this since the second the man started rumbling, 'So, what I am here to do.'

[Y/N]
'A tutorial?' Silas wondered. He had no idea what kind of game he was going to be playing in this world. Silas nodded, watching as that screen closed and a second popped up after it.
[Starting Stream,]
[Stream Started!]
"Huh." Silas muttered audibly. He blinked, watching as a massive interface appeared before his vision. It had numerous stats, and the longer he stared, the brighter the light in his eyes.
The tutorial explained to him in a huge influx of information to his brain each aspect of his "Stream Interface", the channel "Ascendant" and most features like Audio/Video Cancelling.
As soon as he closed the "Tutorial" over his "Stream Interface", the atmosphere changed. A colder gust of wind blew, scattering dead grass and some leaves in the air, right in his face.

A sharp roar was heard in the distance, and Silas jerked. He turned to the man lying on the ground, his gaze growing serious, "Hey you, get up! I need you to go get me a nice weapon."
Choice B was such a nice option, getting (5) Gacha Coins for drawing in special events and making few purchases. Losing respect from Luke meant nothing, because he would be dead.
Sadly, Luke was more useful alive than dead. He knew more about Silas playable character than well — Silas searched the empty area with his gaze — anyone probably waiting around.
The man lying on the ground jumped to his feet. He cleared his throat, jumping behind the alert Silas. He patted the dust off his body, stepping in closer to Silas, "You can't fight that."
A massive white tiger leaped out of the bushes, landing before them. It raised its head high, towering above them, glaring at them with its bright gold eyes as it bared its massive fangs.
"I guess," Silas narrowed his eyes. He had to tilt his head back just so he could stare at the tiger. As soon as he got a good look of the beast, Silas lowered his head and released a sigh.
Out of instinct, he reached out his hand to the left. The paw of the tiger that had appeared out of nowhere swept through the grass in a clean arc, and slammed into Silas' raised arm.
The ground beneath his feet cracked up, grass blown about. Silas stared at the massive paw that he held with his hand, raising a brow, "I guess that this body's quite strong in combat."
The tiger tried to pull back its paw, but Silas held it tight. As it struggled fiercely, and Silas stared curiously, the other guy turned around and bolted in the opposite direction instantly.
"Is it thing supposed to be strong?" Silas asked, wondering how strong his current body got from the reincarnation. He closed his left hand into a fist, closed in, then swung it in an arc.
The second it connected, there was a loud bone crushing sound, and the tiger exploded into countless bits and pieces, raining all over the ground. Silas dropped his fist, 'I barely hit it.'
