Noah opened his eyes and found himself being carried out by Lance. It was midnight, there were hundred millions of stars in the sky and a very big and bright moon. Noah could even see an aurora in the sky, it was very beautiful.
Lance and Kael, both were climbing the mountain. Lance was climing the mountain just from his left hand where as from his right hand, he was carrying Noah on his shoulder.
Where am I?
Lance looked at Noah.
Oh, so you are awake.
He threw Noah and Noah was now falling towards the ground and screaming,
AHHH.. WHY DID YOU...! ?
His hands were still tied but despite that he grabbed a big rock using all his strength but because of that, his left shoulder dislocated. He felt an intense pain and was barely able to hold himself in the air.
He looked above and saw a flat surface and used Void Travel to go to that surface and laid down on the ground. After few seconds, Kael and Lance came there.
Kael said to Noah,
You are such a weak and crybaby.
Noah looked at Kael with pain but didn't say anything. Lance grabbed his left hand told him to breathe slowly.
Noah started breathing slowly and Lance relocated his shoulder but in the process, Noah felt intense pain and he screamed.
Aaghhhhh!!!
Tears came down from his eyes.
Tsk, you are pathetic Noah.
Kael said that to Noah.
Noah again looked at Kael with painful expression and didn't say anything.
All three of them again started climbing the mountain. A cold breeze was blowing and Noah was feeling really good. He felt like he was laying on his bed with air conditioner on and without any tension and work to do.
After climbing for half an hour, they arrived at a flat surface infront of a big cave. It was past midnight already.
Noah first thought that they were going to spend the night in the cave but then Kael cleared his misunderstanding.
Noah, there must be atleast a hundred Riots inside the cave and you have to go and hunt all of them down and brought their dead bodies outside the cave.
Riots? What are those?
The creature we ate down below.

It was a direct order from Kael. Noah could not refuse it. He started trembling. He did defeat a Wyvern but it was only a single Wyvern but now he had to fight 100 Riots who's strength was unknown to him. He entered the cave with shaking legs and with his messed up blade.
Then, he heard a voice from Kael.
You are supposed to use your blade only. If I sensed any of your technique, you are dead.
Noah was now even more scared to hear that. His blade had no sharpness nor was it fit to kill any creature. He stood a chance with his other passive skills but now, those were restricted also.
He walked a little distance and heard few growls.
Gyughh... gyughhh..
His legs started shivering more.
He walked a few steps more and saw 2 Riots coming towards him. His first thought was to run back but if he did, Kael would kill him.
He pointed his blade towards those Riots and got ready to fight them. One of the Riot came to Noah with full speed but that speed was nothing infront of the speed of the Wyvern Noah just fought.
Noah easily dodged the tackle of that Riot and striked with his blade but again, no wound.
The other Riot jumped at Noah and Noah tried to push it back by using his blade but failed and fell on the ground with that Riot on top of him with the blade in between them. Noah was still holding the blade with both of his hands and was trying to push it back and then the other Riot grabbed Noah's right leg and pulled him up and then thrashed him on the ground.
Noah's back was hurt pretty badly. He somehow free himself from that Riot's grip and maintained a distance. The void purple orb was shining with the purple light like always.
Noah said to himselt,
What is this piece of crap blade?
How am I supposed to win against them, Voidran?
He wanted to use his raw strength and the fighting styles he learned in the Redwood Insitute but Kael restricted Noah to use any of them.
Both of the Riots again charged at Noah and he escaped from between them and again maintained a distance. He needed some time to think of something.
The void purple orb started shining with more bright purple light. Noah found it very annoying and irritating because he wanted to hide using the darkness of the cave but because of the light, those Riots were able to locate him.
He tried to turned it off by channeling his element energy inside the blade. He felt the energy going inside the blade, it was more like the blade was sucking up that energy. The purple light slowly fade away.
One of the Riot charged at Noah with full speed and Noah was so fixed at the blade that he forgot about them.
When the Riot was at few steps away from Noah, he saw it but at that distance, there was no way Noah could dodge it.
He blocked the tackle again with the blade and striked the head of the Riot with the blade.
An unknown void purple slash followed the strike of the blade, it was more like that the void purple slash was glued with the edge of the blade. The moment edge of the blade striked the Riot, the Riot disappeared.
Noah felt like suddenly an alternate space opened without him using his power and something entered that space.
But he could not identify it because he still had to defeat the other Riot and he was also very confused about why the other Riot disappeared.
The other Riot charged at Noah and Noah striked it's head and again, an unknown void purple slash followed the edge of the blade and that Riot disappeared too.
Noah felt like something again entered that space.
He closed his eyes to identify the things. The image which made up in his mind was of those Riots he was just fighting.
He was confused, very confused but this technique saved his life. He didn't know how to use it or was it really his power or not.
He looked at the blade and the orb. There was still the void purple color light inside the orb but it was not bright as before.
Noah went ahead, deep inside the cave and found few more Riots. He used his blade to send them to that alternate space.
After the struggle of an hour, he killed 99 Riots but there was still 1 left but he could not find it.
He searched for it for half an hour but still, couldn't find it. He started coming back and saw a different hole which he was unable to see when he entered the cave.
He went inside that hole. The cave was full of darkness but he was able to see at a distance because of the lighting coming out of the purple orb fixed in his blade.
When he took the first step inside the cave, he felt like he stepped on something wet. He moved his blade towards his leg to see and he saw fresh blood on the ground.
Scream came out of his mouth,
Ahh!
But the scream was so low for Lance and Kael to hear it.
He moved the light infront of him and saw few dead bodies of other trainees.
The hell is this?
His heart started beating faster and he went inside more.
As he kept walking, the dead bodies kept increasing. After walking for few hundred meters, he saw a very big creature sleeping.
When he came more closer to it, the creature became more clear and it was no other creature but a Riot, a very big Riot.
Riots body structure is same as that of a hyena but their size is that of a brown bear and their body color, it is pure white and their face is more like a bear but the Riot Noah encountered was of red color.
The red color of a Riot is more stronger and larger than the other Riots and is called, the Alpha Riot. The Alpha Riot is the leader of a particular group of riots.
What the hell is wrong with this Riot? Why is it so big and red??
Noah encountered the leader of the group he just massacre. The walls of the cave were covered with blood. It was like the Alpha Riot had it's meal and went to sleep. Noah saw a chance, he went further and tried to strike it with his blade but nothing happened. He looked at the orb and it's light was slowly increasing.
Why didn't it disappear just like the others!??
The strike woke up the Alpha Riot and the light coming from the orb reached it's highest potential.
The fuck? Why it's shining so brightly!?
There was light all around the hole, everything was clear.
When Noah looked around, he saw very big stones in the form of spikes. Many dead trainees, skeletons, bones, skulls.
The Alpha Riot roared at Noah's face.
GGRRRAAUGHHHHH!!!
The roar was even heard by Kael and Lance and both of them felt a pressure but it was not enough to scare them but for Noah, he was on his knees. It was his death infront of him.
Kael and Lance looked at each other's face because they knew that there was no way Noah was going to hunt that creature down.
They ran inside the cave to save him.
Meanwhile, the Alpha Riot grabbed him using his right paw and thrashed him on the right wall of the cave from the Alpha Riots pov.
The Alpha Riot then threw him on the ground right infront it. Noah was bleeding pretty badly.
He grabbed his blade tightly and started channeling his energy inside it again but before he could, the Alpha Riot striked Noah's sides using his right paw and Noah was smashed into the left wall of the cave.
Blood started coming out of his nose and mouth.
He had no strength left in his body. He used his blade to stand up and he barely able to stand.
The Alpha Riot came running towards Noah and again used it's right paw to punch Noah. He tried to block it using his blade but it didn't work. The blade didn't break but he was again smashed into the wall.
At this point, Noah started losing his conciousness slowly. He saw his end. He saw the sacrifice of Voidran going to waste.
The Alpha Riot grabbed Noah and kept smashing him into the ground.
Here, Lance and Kael were not able to find Noah. They started calling his name and Noah heard their voices. He wanted to scream for help but he had no strength.
Words came out of his mouth,
He... hel.. p..
But the intensity was not enough to reach them.
The Alpha Riot again roared,
GGHUUUGHHHHHHOARR!!!!
Both of them heard the roar and ran towards the roar with their top speed.
Both of them were just hoping that Noah was alive.
Kael was using his flames for light and when he and Lance enter the hole of Alpha Riot, they were shocked to see the amount of dead bodies piled over each other, the blood, skulls and bones.
Both of them ran with their full speed towards Noah and when they arrived, what they saw shocked them even more.
There was no Alpha Riot but Noah sitting on a big stone with his blade dug in the ground and his hand on the end of the handle of the blade and his face was looking down towards the ground and his head was bleeding pretty badly.
Only a single word came out of Kael's mouth.
