Melyndra Valtheris, her story starts off when shes 8, she lives under her relative's household, her aunt (Vera) and uncle (Darin). empathy or love was an exception under their hands, so melyndra had to endure forced child labor and constant blame and abuse from them; the great reason was that melyndra's biological parents were traitors of the family, her mother who was supposedly arranged marriage to a wealthy noble man(it was darin), but she chooses to run away with her beloved instead, melyndra's father. After that incident, Vera was the one who was forced to marry the wealthy man instead.
Melyndra became a trail of her parents mistake. her parents died when there was a pandemic that broke out, living in a village makes their situation any more tougher, advanced medics or doctor was nowhere to be found in the place.
Through authority and blablah government shit, they helped melyndra find her remaining alive relatives, which is unfortunately vera and darin, of course they didn't hesitate to accept her in. melyndra probably saw hell when she looked at their eyes for the first time, but little naive melyndra thought she was gonna get treated like their own family, only for her to be turned into a house servant or slave rather than a niece, thats when she truly understand her situation, beating got her snapping to her senses.
When she finally turned 10, she tried her best to educate or learn things from other children in their neighborhood, because hell, her aunt and uncle wouldn't drop a penny for her education at all, they don't really care. vera only wanted to vent her anger to melyndra.
Their child(Lior) was an absolute bitch and a horny jerk, despite the 3 years age gap between the two minor, Lior didn't stop his harassing to her, even reaching to a point when he would force melyndra to satisfy his porn fantasies, but worry not, melyndra knew self defense already! That's when she knew she had something about combat, or maybe shes just really good at beating up people. but as per usual, her aunt would torment her after finding out her precious "innocent" boy got beaten up by a 10 year old.
Lior and her uncle darin was the reason she started growing resentment towards men, she describes them as filthy jerks that only want their dicks getting sucked,overpowering women to feed their shitty pride. she wouldn't lie, she has seen darin abuse aunt vera, which made her feel sympathy for her, almost.
Fast forward, when melyndra reached 15, she took this chance to finally be free from her aunt's household, even if vera didn't agree with this, she had no choice but obliged due to government orders, there was an upcoming war going on and they needed more soldiers to prepare.
the predator species she possesses made her automatically get in the military, the past 6 months, her life has been carefree from the torment of her relatives finally, but she's experiencing a newfound suffering of constantly training all day and night, but melyndra find it less exhausting than it seems from what her other peers says, maybe after those years of being a servant and bearing beatings made her tough, she doesn't know if she should hate that or like it.
At first it was really awkward for melyndra, most of the people in the campsite were adults, not to mention she was also a female in the field, but luckily, being a fox did give her a bigger and more mature look. she doesn't even know why, probably her father has some crazy shit going on, her father did actually look unusually big.
Not to mention, she gets really pissed because shes being surrounded by men most of the time, all she could do was just bear with it.
as a trainee, Melyndra was a natural, all thanks to Lior, having a fight with him almost everyday did enhance her physique, a little.

melyndra was already 19, it was the time the war finally declared, The borders were filled with dead Bodies, it was hell for melyndra, watching everyone die, the companion she trained with almost everyday, the people she takes as her family just died before her, it was painful a painful sight to bear, but melyndra knew to be let it be than be more weak because of it.
It was either kill and or get killed, but there was a situation she fell into, an ambush, their medical supplies got robbed and the soldier with her was killed, for godsaken fortune, she was able to get away from the vehicle by igniting a leaking engine oil, the explode did inflict her a bad injury, like a really really bad one, she almost died in the process.
she ran off to the forest, barely living, and not Long after she found an acacia tree, it was a really big one. painfully crawling and stumbling, she made her way towards there, she saw a hollow hole besides it, it wasn't deep since she can see the bottom floor of it, since it was already dusk, she decided to rest inside there till morning.
She settled inside, her back was a hell of a burn, it really painful than what she could bear, losing her consciousness.
and then boom, a red silk appeared from the cave, it was elegantly floating towards her, the long silk started to wrap itself to melyndra's torso, as if healing her.(this one is a different lore, and yes, that silk is called [seek affection] and its Melyndra's weapon.)
