Chapter 1 - 1. Origin

Jay trudged through the streets, his eyes cast down at the pavement.

He was a failure in every sense of the word. No education, no skills, and no family to speak of.

The orphanage had been his home for as long as he could remember, but now that he was 18, he had to leave.

The orphanage's director, had tried to prepare Jay for the outside world.

But despite her best efforts, Jay felt lost and alone.

He had no idea what he wanted to do with his life, or how he was going to make a living.

He had no money, no job prospects, and no place to call his own.

He felt desperate, like he was staring into the abyss.

That's when he saw the advertisement - a job that didn't require any skills.

It sounded too good to be true, but Jay was willing to try anything.

The ad promised a steady income, food, and shelter.

All Jay had to do was show up and be willing to work.

Jay's heart skipped a beat as he read the ad.

Could this be his ticket out of poverty?

He quickly scribbled down the address and time of the job interview, and stuffed the paper into his pocket.

The next day, Jay arrived at the address listed on the ad.

It was an old warehouse on the outskirts of city, surrounded by a high fence topped with barbed wire.

A burly man with a thick beard and a menacing scowl greeted Jay at the door.

"You here for the job?" he growled.

Jay nodded, trying to hide his nervousness.

The man eyed him up and down before stepping aside. "Welcome to the team," he said, his voice dripping with sarcasm.

As Jay entered the warehouse, he was greeted by a group of shady-looking characters.

They all seemed to be waiting for something, or someone.

Jay's instincts told him to run, but his desperation kept him rooted to the spot.

Just as Jay was starting to feel like he'd made a huge mistake, a figure emerged from the shadows.

He was tall, gaunt, and dressed in a long black robe. His eyes gleamed with an dark purplish glow as he began to speak.

"Welcome, my friends," he said, his voice dripping with malice.

"I see you're all eager to begin. But first, let us prepare the ritual."

Jay's heart sank as he realized he'd stumbled into something sinister.

But before he could react, the cultists closed in, surrounding him with their twisted, fervent aura.

The ritual began, and Jay felt himself being pulled into a dark, ancient power.

The cultists chanted and swayed, their eyes rolling back in their heads as they summoned their dark deity.

Just as the ritual was reaching its climax, a flash of light illuminated the sky.

The Galactica Verse, the world's strongest superhero team, had arrived just in time to stop the cultists.

The Masked Sun stands tall, with an imposing physique that exudes muscle and masculinity. His iconic costume is a striking blend of vibrant colors, predominantly featuring a bold, blazing yellow and deep blue.

There's seven of them, all of that come to stop those cultist.

The first is Masked Sun, The strongest human also the leader of team. Masked Sun's suit is a sleek, full-body design that showcases his chiseled muscles. The yellow torso features a stylized, golden sun emblem on the chest, symbolizing his name and abilities. The blue pants and boots provide a sharp contrast, with a subtle, wavy pattern evoking the sun's rays. A flowing, golden cape attaches to the back of the suit. The cape's edges are trimmed with a delicate, intricate pattern that shimmers in the light. The Masked Sun's face is obscured by a gleaming, silver mask that covers his eyes and nose. The mask's design is angular and futuristic, with a subtle, solar-inspired motif.

The second hero is It's Flesh. It's Flesh stands as a towering 3 meter tall, imposing figure, with a massive, bulking physique that seems to be carved from raw, crimson-hued flesh. His body is a twisted, exaggerated parody of human anatomy, with bulging, distorted muscles that appear to be straining against his skin. His skin itself is a deep, rich red, almost like raw meat, and seems to be slick with a fine sheen of sweat. The texture appears almost organic, as if his body is a living, breathing entity unto itself. It's Flesh's face is a twisted, grotesque visage, with a flattened, brutish nose and a mouth full of jagged, uneven teeth. He has no discernible clothing or costume, apart from a few tattered, ragged strips of flesh that seem to be hanging from his body like gruesome, macabre ornaments.

The third hero is Unwind. Unwind have a lean, athletic height 180cm, with a wiry yet toned physique that exudes speed and agility. His spiky, unruly hair is a vibrant, electric blue color, often sticking out in every direction as if electrified. His eyes are a bright, piercing green, shining with a manic green energy that seems to bore into those he looks at. Unwind's facial expression is often a manic, toothy grin, giving him a slightly unhinged appearance. He wears a sleek, full-body suit that's a deep, metallic green color, complete with a distinctive black buckle at the waist. The suit is adorned with intricate, swirling patterns that evoke a sense of dynamic movement, even when Unwind is standing still.

The forth are Helmet Moon. Her suit is a dark, metallic gray and silver jumpsuit with a crescent moon emblem on her chest. The suit is adorned with small, intricate details that resemble lunar craters. Her helmet is a sleek, high-tech design with a silver and gray finish. The helmet's faceplate features a stylized, glowing crescent moon shape that serves as her symbol. The helmet also has a retractable visor that provides her with enhanced sensory capabilities. Helmet Moon's cape is a flowing, dark gray cloak with a subtle, textured pattern that resembles the moon's surface. The cape is detachable and can be easily stowed away when not in use.

Next one is Lucky Shot. He wears a dark, functional costume. His suit is a matte-black tactical armor with a distinctive, four-leaf clover emblem on his chest. The clover symbol is a nod to his namesake and his reliance on luck. His mask is a sleek, black tactical helmet with a gold-tinted visor that provides him with enhanced low-light vision. The helmet also features a distinctive, pointed fin on top, giving him a slightly more aggressive appearance. Lucky Shot's armor is adorned with small, intricate details that reflect his luck-themed persona, such as tiny, engraved four-leaf clovers on his shoulder pads. He also wears a pair of black, fingerless gloves with silver accents that resemble horseshoes.

Last but not least is Wraithed. Wraithed appearance as a spectral. His body is a translucent, ghostly mist that shifts and ripples like smoke. His face is a deathly pale, skeletal visage with glowing, ethereal eyes that burn with an blue fire, some kind his soul fire. He wears a tattered, torn, wispy cape that flows behind him like a dark cloud. The suit is a faded, spectral blue and white, with intricate, swirling patterns that evoke the misty, eerie atmosphere of the spirit world. Wraithed's very presence seems to draw the light out of the air, leaving behind a faint, unsettling chill. His ghostly form seems to shift and writhe like a living shadow, making him a formidable and unnerving presence in the superhero world.

The least, he's special member of this team. He didn't have super power but want to play hero. Cellmic Swordbearer's appearance exudes luxury and refinement, reflecting his wealthy background. He wears a custom-made, high-tech suit of armor that is both functional and fashionable. The armor is a sleek, silver, and black design, adorned with intricate, circuit-like patterns that evoke his wealth and technological expertise. His sword, his trusty sidearm, is a masterpiece of craftsmanship, with an ornate, gemstone-encrusted hilt and a blade that shines like polished silver. He wears the sword at his side, secured by a leather belt that is embossed with his family crest. Cellmic's face is chiseled and handsome, with piercing blue eyes that seem to gleam with a sense of confidence and superiority. His dark hair is styled perfectly, and he sports a well-groomed beard that adds to his air of sophistication.

Seven of them come by breaking the warehouse roof. It's Flesh is the one who break it also the first to wreck havoc. Her bulky figure easily knock the cultist. She's seem to holding back, because hero rule's, hero doesn't kill.

Followed her is Unwind, he created hurricane inside the room, while floating outside the building. He can see what he's wind see. His hurricane prevent any cultist member trying to escape.

The last is Masked Sun. He come inside with blinding light that somehow make all cultist lose consciousness.

The other members only there's to poses.

The cultists were quickly rounded up and taken away, but not before their dark ritual had already been set in motion.

The evil god they worshipped, a malevolent unknown deities, had already taken notice of Jay.

As the Galactica Verse heroes celebrated their victory, the evil god spoke in a voice that only Jay could hear. "You, mortal, were meant to be a sacrifice," it hissed. "But since the rituals isn't finished, you've been spared, I spares you. But, I'll curse you instead."

The evil god's curse washed over Jay, filling him with an malevolent vibes.

From that day on, Jay's luck would be twisted, causing his intentions to fail in unexpected, yet strangely beneficial ways.

Twist happen, Jay soul can't handle the curse, Jay soul perish on that moment.

Before his body hit the ground another soul take his place.

The Person who possessed Jay body is Anjay. He's from pararel reality where's superhero only exist in comics book. He's got hit by truck and die.

The new Jay doesn't know what kind of curse he have. The only thing he know he's cursed. Cursed by evil deities.

The Heroes Goes away, isn't even bother to talk with Jay. Maybe if he is she, they may talk to him.

Jay stumbled out of the warehouse, blinking in the bright sunlight.

There's cops outside busy handled the cultist member.

One of the police come to him and asking few questions.

Even though he's clearly a victim here, after police take his statement, they just let him go.

He had no idea what had just happened, or what the future held.

As Jay stumbled away from the warehouse, he felt a strange sensation wash over him.

It was as if his luck had been turned upside down.

Of course as normal human he didn't understand any of it.

Just the gut of it.

He stumbled and tripped, but instead of falling, he landed on his feet.

A passing stranger accidentally dropped a wallet, and Jay, trying to avoid it, ended up catching it instead.

The stranger thanked him profusely and handed Jay a wad of cash as a reward.

Jay's eyes widened in amazement.

What was happening to him? He tried to walk away, but his feet seemed to have a mind of their own.

He stumbled into a nearby café, where he accidentally bumped into a famous actress.

To his surprise, she smiled and struck up a conversation.

Jay found himself charming her with his awkwardness, and before he knew it, she was offering him a job as her personal assistant.

Jay's head spun as he tried to make sense of the strange events unfolding around him.

Was this really his life now? He thought back to the evil god's curse, and a shiver ran down his spine.

What other unexpected twists and turns lay ahead for him?

He was determined to do his best as a capable personal assistant.

As he stood up to shake hands with the actress, his foot caught on the edge of the rug.

Jay's arms flailed wildly as he tried to regain his balance, but it was too late.

His hand closed around something soft and warm, and Jay's face went bright red as he realized he had accidentally groped the actress.

[HOST GAINED 0.1 VILLAIN POINT]

The room fell silent, except for the sound of Jay's own mortified gasp.

The actress's eyes widened in shock, and for a moment, Jay thought he saw a flash of anger.

The actress's smile faltered, and she cleared her throat.

"I'm afraid I'm going to have to pull the job offer," she said, her voice firm but polite but there's hint of anger on it.

Jay's heart sank. He had been counting on this job to turn his life around. "I understand."

The actress nodded sympathetically. "I'm sorry, Jay. You seem like a nice guy, but I don't think we'd be a good fit. And after... what just happened, I think it's best if we just part ways."

Jay nodded glumly, feeling his cursed luck strike again.

He watched as the actress turned and walked away, feeling like he'd just blown his chance at a fresh start.
