The system, huh? I'm quite familiar with that from reading novels.
The old thief Green Pepper's last two books, "Douluo: Stealing the Ten Thousand Worlds System" and "Battle Through the Heavens: Treasure Exchange System", were both system novels where the protagonist used the system to flex and slap faces all the way, eventually gathering a harem, overpowering everything in sight, and reaching the peak of life.
But what the hell is this Lolicon System!?
Does the system want me to tread the path of crime or something?
Why can't I get someone mature, like a beautiful wife... or at least a mature big sister capturing system?
But still, Kyoka Suigetsu is pretty good. It's the Zanpakuto of the Bleach world's big boss, Sosuke Aizen. Having it, even if I can't reach Aizen's level, it would still make me nearly untouchable in this world.
Just as Chiya was complaining in his mind, Uchiha Izumi walked over and sat beside him. "Chiya-kun, what are you thinking about?"
"N-nothing…" Chiya's gaze was somewhat guilty as he looked at Uchiha Izumi.
"Chiya-kun, I just heard Itachi say that your family also... Actually... you don't have to bottle it up inside. It's completely okay to cry... My mom and dad also..."
Uchiha Izumi tried to comfort him, but as she spoke, her own voice cracked, and she started sobbing uncontrollably.
At that moment, the system's prompt rang again—
[Ding, as the strongest lolicon, how could you possibly watch a little loli cry without comforting her?]
[Option 1: Comfort the little loli. Reward: Martial Art from The Degenerate: Tiangang Art.]
[Option 2: Ignore her. Reward: An old pair of Danzo's underwear from Naruto.]
"Martial art techniques from a Wuxia world can work here too? And what the hell is Danzo's underwear?" Chiya's mouth twitched hard. Left without a choice, he gently patted Uchiha Izumi's head and softly said, "It's alright, just cry it out. Everything will get better after you cry. If your parents were still alive, they'd be happy to see you safe and sound."
There was no way in hell he wanted Danzo's old underwear.
Hearing Chiya's words, Izumi could no longer hold back. She burst into heart-wrenching sobs, crying in Chiya's arms.
The surrounding refugees, hearing the little girl's cries, were also reminded of their own lost family members and began sobbing one after another.
In no time, the entire shelter was filled with heartbroken wails, from elderly grandmothers to little Uchiha Sasuke. It was like a collective funeral.
At that moment, the system's voice rang again in Chiya's head—
[Ding, congratulations to the host for completing the mission. Reward: Zanpakuto Kyoka Suigetsu. Would you like to claim it now?]
[Ding, congratulations to the host for completing the mission. Reward: Tiangang Art. Would you like to claim it now?]
"That was fast... I've already stolen her?" Chiya glanced at the crying loli in his arms, then at the anxious Uchiha Itachi trying to console Sasuke. He was momentarily stunned.
What he didn't know was that in the original story, Uchiha Izumi fell in love with Itachi not because of his brilliance, but because, on the Night of the Nine-Tails, when she was at her most desperate and helpless, Itachi appeared like a hero and saved her.
Hero saving the damsel. This trope works in any world.
Especially for a young girl like Uchiha Izumi, who was just at the age of emotional awakening.
"Postpone the claim." Chiya muttered. He wasn't sure how the reward would manifest. If a sword and a martial arts manual suddenly popped up in front of everyone, he'd definitely attract unwanted attention.
Especially since Root ANBU were lurking around, keeping an eye on the Uchiha.
Danzo, that sly old fox, loved collecting unique abilities. Chiya couldn't risk exposing himself.
After a while, Uchiha Izumi finally stopped crying. Her small face flushed, she lifted her head from Chiya's chest, still choked with sobs, "S-sorry… I came to comfort you, but I ended up crying myself…"
Chiya shook his head, signaling it was fine. He then glanced toward the direction where the Nine-Tails had been rampaging. The roars had suddenly ceased, and he muttered, "Looks like it's over."
The Nine-Tails Incident finally ended at the cost of the Fourth Hokage couple and countless ninja lives.
Thus, the Fourth Hokage, Minato Namikaze, also known as the "Yellow Flash," perished, giving his life to seal the rampaging Nine-Tails.
The entire Shinobi World was touched by his sacrifice to protect the village.
Of course, not everyone felt sympathetic. Some secretly celebrated.
Like the Third Tsuchikage Onoki, the Fourth Kazekage Rasa, and Danzo Shimura — the latter hoping this meant a chance for him to ascend as Hokage.
At the same time, within Konoha, the already fragile relationship between the Uchiha Clan and the village crumbled again.
Danzo and the higher-ups openly blamed the Uchiha Clan for summoning and controlling the Nine-Tails, leading to the massacre.
The Uchiha were forcibly relocated to the village outskirts, and ANBU surveillance intensified. Despite knowing it would ignite more resentment, the Third Hokage tacitly approved of Danzo's actions.
This would ultimately set the stage for the unavoidable Uchiha Massacre.
…
The next day, Konoha held a grand funeral for the Fourth Hokage, his wife, and the fallen ninjas.
After Sarutobi Hiruzen delivered an emotional and sorrowful speech, the village quickly entered a rebuilding phase.
Since both of Chiya's parents were ninjas and his father died fighting the Nine-Tails, he didn't get sent to an orphanage. Instead, he was assigned his own small residence along with a meager allowance barely enough to survive until graduation.
But Chiya didn't care about these things. Knowing the dark truth about Konoha, he had no sense of belonging to the village.
The moment he moved into his new home, he shut all the windows and summoned the system.
"System, extract Kyoka Suigetsu and Tiangang Art."
As soon as he finished speaking, a golden light flashed before his eyes. Startled, Chiya closed his eyes. Upon reopening them, he found a sheathed katana with a light green handle in front of him.
Simultaneously, information about how to wield Kyoka Suigetsu and the techniques of Tiangang Art flooded his mind.
He first tested Kyoka Suigetsu. The moment he unsheathed it, he realized it consumed his chakra. Given his six-year-old body's weak reserves, he couldn't maintain the illusion for long.
Next, he tested Tiangang Art. To his delight, it vastly improved his physical strength, speed, and overall chakra control.
A big grin appeared on his face.
