Chapter 13 - Chapter 13 A Night Of Laughs and Clingy Confessions

The night was buzzing with laughter, music, and the clinking of glasses as the group gathered around the bar. It was their last night before finals took over their lives, and everyone had agreed to let loose a little.

The pressure of studying had built up over the past few weeks, but tonight, they were all here to have fun.

Wind sat beside Sea, already feeling the effects of the drinks. He wasn't usually much of a drinker, but the relaxed atmosphere and the company of friends made him feel carefree. He leaned a little too close to Sea, who was sitting right next to him, his face flushed from the alcohol.

Sea, however, didn't drink. He had to drive home, so he remained sober, watching his friends let loose. Instead of focusing on the drinks, Sea couldn't help but watch Wind as he became more relaxed and clingy. Wind's words started to slur, and with each passing moment, Sea felt his heart flutter more.

Wind smiled lazily, his eyes half-lidded. "I'm good. Just... just happy to be here. With you." He pulled Sea's arm around him and snuggled closer, his head resting on Sea's shoulder. It was a side of Wind that Sea hadn't seen much of before, but tonight, the alcohol made him a little bolder, a little freer.

The rest of the group didn't help either. Gun and Yotha, and the others were already in their own world, laughing and joking as they all got increasingly drunk. Minnie and Fai were both complaining loudly about how they were still single.

"I can't believe it, we're still single!" Minnie groaned, looking dramatically at Fai. "We've wasted our youth!"

Fai nodded in exaggerated agreement. "Yeah! What's the point of being young if you don't get to be in love? Look at everyone around us!" She pointed dramatically at Jam and Babe, who were giggling and exchanging playful comments.

"I swear, Jam, if you don't stop looking at Babe like that, I'm going to have to start charging you ," Fai said , causing the whole group to burst into laughter.

Jam grinned, shrugging. "It's not my fault she's irresistible."

Babe rolled her eyes, playfully slapping Jam on the shoulder. "You're the one who's making it awkward, not me."

The group was having a blast, but Wind, feeling the warmth of the alcohol and Sea's presence, clung to him even more. Every time someone laughed, Wind would join in, only to turn and snuggle into Sea again. His hand found Sea's and stayed there, refusing to let go.

"I don't know why I'm so clingy tonight," Wind mumbled, his face flushed with a mix of alcohol and something else he wasn't quite ready to name.

Sea smiled softly, his thumb gently brushing over Wind's hand. "You're just enjoying the moment."

Wind sighed contentedly, looking up at Sea with an almost dreamy expression. "I like this... being close to you."

The rest of the group kept talking, but their teasing wasn't about to stop. Mini, now slightly tipsy, nudged Sea. "I swear, you two are so cute together. If you don't start dating soon, we're going to stage an intervention."

Sea just smiled, not sure how to respond but enjoying the ease of the night.

As the night wore on, the group decided it was time to head home. But Wind was already a little too tipsy. His steps were wobbly, and he found himself clinging to Sea even more, leaning heavily against him for support.

"Sea… I think I had too much to drink," Wind muttered, his words a little slurred.

Sea chuckled, wrapping his arm around Wind's waist to keep him steady. "No kidding. Come on, let's get you home."

Sea helped Wind into his car, both of them feeling the quiet shift between them as they drove through the quiet streets. Wind, now feeling especially relaxed, couldn't stop himself from mumbling adorable things.

"You're so nice to me, Sea… I don't deserve this…" Wind's voice was soft, almost vulnerable as he leaned against the window, his eyes half-closed.

Sea glanced at him, a little taken aback by the honesty in Wind's words. "You deserve everything, Wind."

Wind smiled lazily, his hand reaching out to grab Sea's sleeve. "I think I like you too much... maybe too much... but I don't care." He giggled, the alcohol still making him bolder than usual.

Sea's heart skipped a beat, his grip tightening on the steering wheel. "You're pretty cute when you're drunk, you know that?"

"I'm cute all the time," Wind mumbled, his eyes fluttering closed as he leaned even closer. "You're cute too."

By the time they reached Sea's place, Sea had to practically carry him up to the door, Wind still mumbling sweet things. Sea helped him inside, making sure he was settled on the bed .

As soon as Wind lied on the bed he sprung up again .

This time he was so out of it that he kissed Sea on the check continuously. Sea was so flustered the he got a grip of Wind's shoulder telling him to stop before he regretted it the next day .

Wind replied in a flirtatious tone ,"Who said that I will regret it."
