Valia's pov.

It was a normal day until my bitchy twin sister and my idiotic best friend decided to get on each other's nerves. Walking up the stairs and back to my class I couldn't help but let my mind wander about their fight.

Flashback

"I can't believe you're actually asking me this" Ellie sighed in annoyance.

"I'm not saying that Kelly was right and you said how easily I get upset is annoying to you but I'd like to also hear it from you that it's untrue" Elena explained, surprisingly, calmly but it was is to tell that she was on edge too. I rolled my eyes resting my head in my hand kind of entertained with the scene unraveling frustrated took a deep breath. She turned to Elena. "I never said anything like that and I'm honestly hurt you believed her so easily, so I'm out. We'll talk later...i guess"

She started walking out the school yard quickly.

Elena turned to me trying to get a

positive reaction out of me. I shook my head.

"I'm sorry but she's right. You should know better and not even ask if it was true"

Elena raised her hands in frustration. "Thanks a lot, sis"

I couldnt help but laugh a bit at the sarcastic use of sis. That made Elena even madder leading to her leaving

too. The bell rang indicating class would start in a bit. Sighing I made my way up the stairs.

End of Flashback

After remembering the whole scene I came back to reality only to notice this whole time I was holding on to something. I'm seriously praying it's the wall. I slowly turned my head to where my hand was resting to see someone's leg. Panicking I moved my gaze upwards to see my crush and his friends looking at me weirdly. I soon realized I was holding Anastasis' leg. I turned as quickly as humanly possible to GET THE FUCK OUT. I almost started jogging back to my class to see Elena sitting alone at our desk and Ellie talking with her friend, Tina. I called out for Ellie to come sit with us.

After trying to explain what happened, and honestly trying to process

everything, the questions started flowing in. It's safe to say their fight was forgotten.

What were you thinking?" Elena asked in pure panic mode.

I didn't really know how to explain the shit that went down so I just shrugged my shoulders stating that I wasn't thinking at all.

"Hold on, from what I understand you were touching his leg for quite some time, why didn't he stop you?" Ellie asked raising her eyebrow.

"I don't know guys. But it's not the best thing to tell someone anyways" Valia replied quickly.

"I mean she's right. What was he supposed to say? 'Sorry for bothering you but you're holding my leg?' like come on" Elena said trying to lighten up the mood.

Ellie nodded along understanding where we were coming from.

My mind started to wonder. Elena had a point but it would be easier if he reacted so... Why didn't he react? I also can't help but feel stupid. How didn't I notice that it was too soft to be a wall and HOW DIDN'T I NOTICE IT WAS

WEARING PANTS?

Now that I think about it I should probably explain how he is my crush in the first place. My friend Ellie, yes the one I mentioned earlier, has a crush on his best friend, Kostas, since the first day of sophomore year. After a few days of watching his friend group I noticed him and soon enough developed a crush on him and let me tell you my friends did NOT take it well.

We have to do something about it now.

~A few days later~

The next few days were hell for me. The girls couldn't stop making jokes about it. I wasn't really bothered since if I were in their shoes I would be too. I have to confess something about it. Even though it hurt me to see him avoid me I couldn't help but laugh every time he saw me in the hall between class or when we were on break and the face of pure panic he would make every time.

"Guys you can't be serious" Elena stated looking at her friends weirdly. "Why not? She needs to get over it and if she send him a text confessing her crush they could either get together or she'd end up rejected and move on from him faster"

Elena was definitely not quite convinced about Ellie's idea but I was actually considering it as an option. As much as I don't want to admit it, I had my hopes up after he didn't move away from me.

I know it was...lets be real, straight up ridiculous but I couldn't help it but want to try it.

"If we are doing this she could text him from her other account" Elena suggested.

"That's actually not a bad idea" Ellie looked at Valia smiling a bit.

"Why text him from a different

account if I have to confess my feelings?"

"You could give hints before actually telling him" Elena suggested once again.

"I feel like a proud mom" Ellie wiped away her fake tears from her eyes earning a hit on her arm by Elena. "Guys I don't know if we should do that..."

A part of me knew that he wouldn't like me like that but my other half hoped the girls were right and it could end, hopefully, with me in a relationship.

"OK I'll do it today after school" I could see right through Elena, who was panicking even though she was trying not to show it, but also Ellie, who seemed very confident it would

work.
