Haruto Aizawa, the man hailed as a medical prodigy, was now in handcuffs.
News of his arrest spread like wildfire. The world, once in awe of his miracles, now turned skeptical.

"A surgeon who never fails—is he even human?"
He was dragged into an interrogation room, cameras flashing, voices demanding answers.
But Haruto said nothing.

The man smirked, leaning forward.
"You're not special, Dr. Aizawa." His voice was smooth, calculated. "You're just one of us."
Haruto's jaw clenched. "Who are you?"
The man's smile widened. "My name is Dr. Ryunosuke Saito. And like you, I have a gift."
He lifted a hand—and in that instant, Haruto felt it.
A wave of familiarity.
Saito had copied something.
No—he had copied Haruto.
Haruto's heart pounded. "Impossible."
Saito chuckled. "You really thought you were the only one?"
The room felt suffocating.
All this time, Haruto had believed he was unique. That his power had been some unexplained miracle.
But now, sitting before him, was proof that he was just a piece of something much larger.
Something dangerous.
Saito leaned back casually. "The organization has been watching you since your first surgery. They knew you'd be useful… but unpredictable."
Haruto's mind raced.
"They framed me," he muttered.
Saito nodded. "Of course. They couldn't control you, so they decided to ruin you."
Haruto exhaled sharply. "And you? You're their puppet?"
Saito laughed. "Oh no, Haruto. I'm not a puppet." His gaze darkened. "I'm the one who's taking control."
Haruto's blood ran cold.
Because in that moment, he realized—Saito wasn't here to help him.
He was here to replace him.
Suddenly, the lights flickered.
An explosion rocked the building.
Chaos erupted as alarms blared.
The door burst open, and Renji stormed in. "Haruto, move!"
Without hesitation, Haruto sprang to his feet, ripping off the handcuffs.
Saito's voice rang out behind him.
"You can't run forever, Haruto!"
But he didn't look back.
Not yet.
Because first—he needed answers.
As Haruto and Renji disappeared into the night, the truth weighed heavily on him.
The world now saw him as a criminal.
The organization had finally revealed itself.
And somewhere out there, others like him existed.
The fight wasn't over.
