Chapter 1 - S03 E01 The Day Thor Lost His Hammer

One day Doom woke up and couldn't find his mic. He sent Madlib to locate it. Madlib borrowed Stacy (Stacy Epps)'s heavenly voice, turned into an actual eye and went looking. He found his way to the hall ('twas called 9) of the pop-star 2-D, who said that he had stolen Doom's mic and he wouldn't give it back unless Stacy agreed to record a song with him.

Stacy said, over my blind eye. So Wildchild, the hardcore god, came up with a brilliant idea: Put Doom in a Stacy skin-suit (she had one for each day of the week) and have him pretend to be Stacy!

The other rappers (and singer) laughed and Doom sulked, but Madlib prevailed on him because without his mic, the gods were vulnerable to pop-stars.

So they borrowed a Thursday edition Stacy skin-suit and headed off to Demon Days. Once there, 2-D showered his new collaborate with hospitality and praise. "Stacy" ate it all up.

When 2-D commented that he had never seen someone eat up so much praise, Madlib explained that "Stacy" was so keen to be praised by him that she hadn't accepted any praise for the past eight days.

2-D seemed satisfied, but then he peeked under her veil and saw his collaborator's metal mask. Loki again reassured 2-D that his collaborator was so embarrassed to show off her eagerness that she hid her under the metal mask.

Finally, 2-D offered up the mic as a symbol of their agreement to collaborate on 'November Has Come' (the name that 2-D gave the song), saying: "Put the mic on your lips so that we can hear your voice and be blessed by it."

As soon as the mic was placed in his hands, Doom snatched it up, ripped off the the skin-suit and did what he does best: outshine pop stars. He crushed 2-D (via raps) and outshone every other giant at the meeting too (Noodle, Murdoc Niccals & Russel Hobbs).

The tale ends: "And so Thor, son of Odin, won back his hammer."
