(Julius POV)
"Fuck" were the first words Julius's muttered from his mouth first thing in the morning as he stretched his arms from underneath the pile of blankets trying to reach the phone on the nearby dresser with its alarm going nonstop eventually hitting the correct button after the third time while dealing with the room spinning.
Sitting up slowly I rubbed my eyes and began to walk into the shower and turn on the heat to full blast. As the Hot water runs over my head I start to think 'Let's see what I have planned today, first it's make my way to college, learn for the day, suffer, the gym, and then sleep. 'Ok, nice easy day at least' While Julius was figuring out his day he continued his showering process, brushing his teeth, soap, shampoo, and eventually washing the conditioner from his hair grabbing a towel, and drying himself off. Julius then calls out into the air "Aqua can you please start the coffee and turn on my car please it appears I've overslept"
A synthetic voice rings out from the hall "Of course sir it shall be prepared by the time you arrive at the kitchen and the car shall be warmed." I smile and let out a laugh "thank god for small blessings" I put on my clothes staring at myself in the mirror while I changed and continue my chuckle "Glad to see nothing's changed" The visage that stares back from the mirror is that of a 5'11" 21 year old with tired eyes that look like they would fit in more with a raccoon then human, hay blonde hair and while decently built he was more plain then anything. His most striking feature would be the bright electric blue colored eyes.
Julius then steps out of the bathroom heading to the kitchen and leans against the counter in the corner next to the coffee machine and with a perfect view of the small tv on a dresser in my living room. "Aqua please turn on the TV and turn to the news channel". Without any response the TV turns already selected onto the new channel, while silently an avatar that depicted a chibi version of a Zerg queen from Starcraft appeared on the counter and chittered over to my side with a mini remote in its hands. " do you want me to raise the volume at all Julius?"
"It's fine as is" I mutter as I sip my coffee and listen to the news.
"Hello one and all and welcome to the bi-hourly news I'm Jimmy Tamally and joined with me today is our news Ancor Jessica Leblank."
"Hi, Jimmy Glad, to be here today but I unfortunately do not bring joyful news but I do bring news from the front all the same"
Jimmy makes a sad face and sighs at the camera while shaking his head " that's not good news but all good things had to come to an end eventually. Please let our viewers know what happened."
A map depicting a map of the world with the center of Russia Bright red and slowly expanding outward as Jessica's voice can be heard in the background "The forces from the breach have unfortunately destroyed the Primary defenses and is begun to spread. The government has put out a public announcement saying not to worry and we still have plenty of time until the situation begins to worry. We have held the front for more than 10 years since it appeared in 2014 so there is no reason to Panick now."
Taking the last sip of coffee, I put the mug on the counter and turn off the TV while heading for the front door and travel the short distance to the car that's turned on sitting in the driveway. "Hopefully traffic won't be that bad on my way to college this time."

*Several hours later at 11:00 P.M*
The same car pulls back up into the driveway and shuts off showing Julius shaking his head as he grabs his bag and starts to walk back into his house while muttering "of course there had to be like 4 accidents on the way back, can't just have a normal drive home at least I ate beforehand so I don't have to make dinner tonight"
Julius lets out a sigh as he walks inside and leaves his back next to his desk in the bedroom then makes his way into the shower.
After all of his nightly rituals are completed such as brushing his teeth Julius finally smiles and shakes his head walking into his bedroom. "today was successful overall but more or less just the same like the others."
Sitting at his Desk he opens the freezer portion of the minifridge that sits by his desk and takes out a blunt and the lighter that sits on top.
Julius sets them on the table and has a smoke sesh finishing 2 blunts before cleaning up and putting everything away.
Julius then takes out a knife and lightly runs the tip of the blade against the tips of his fingers just hard enough to draw blood. He then uses the blood to draw a ritual circle with symbols inside, once that is complete he holds his hand above and lets the blood slowly drip into the center of the paper.

Waiting for a few minutes and after nothing happened, I closed my eyes and sighed 'I guess it was nothing again"
I laid the paper on my desk, turned off the lights, selected a podcast to listen to, and laid down in bed and slowly drifted off to sleep disappointed once again.
Unseen and Unheard the Paper that Julius laid down on his desk started to smolder and catch on fire. In a series of unfortunate events, the paper, which is now on fire, caught the wooden desk on which it sat also on fire. One thing led to another, and both the house and poor Julius himself was burnt to dust that night while a burst of slightly mad laughter echos over the smoldering flames.
