Aria
Omegas.
What are they? Well, they are at the bottom of a pack's social ladder of course, what else?
They are usually trampled upon, and this continues for generations, lest an Omega marries someone of a higher status.
Only then.. only then can that omega have any hope if leaving that cursed cycle.
Unfortunately, I happen to be among that cursed cycle. My father only manages to get into the council of elders, but still that does not raise his rank in any way.
Oh well, the wolves of higher status, are all in the King's palace, not to say the least they are very few.
Tsk.
Oh, by the way, I am Aria Moonwhispher, the daughter of one of the elders in the king's council.

I walk down the pathway leading to Ronan, my mate's house holding a keg of new wine. Ronan loves it, so I try getting it for him anytime I visit him.
It is quite chilly today. The sky turns dark as thick clouds cover the sun, The wind blows strongly, shaking the trees and pushing dry leaves along the path. The sky rumbles with distant thunder, and the wind grows stronger. It seems it going to be a terrible storm.
"I can get to spend it at his place, if it eventually rains," I chuckle. I can feel the mischievous grin slowly spreading across my face.
I see his house a few meters away from where I am. Excitement fills my body as I begin to skip to his house.
I eventually reach his door, then I knock softly on it, but I get no response.
"What?" I arch my brow, "He should have answered the door by now."
I turn the door knob, but it is not locked. A deep crease rests on my brows, "It is not locked," I turn the door knob, entering inside the room.
"Ronan? Are you in here?" Surprisingly, I get no response. It is not as if Ronan has a job that requires him to leave his house, where has he gone to?
I walk further into his small living room. It is looking unkept, unlike Ronan, who is a neatness freak.
"Strange," I narrow my eyes. Suddenly, a bad feeling engulfs me, "What is going on? Has something bad happened to him now?"
I rush to his room to see if he is okay, at least I have to shake off this bad feeling, and tell my senses they are overreacting again.
I reach his room, then pause. Cries of pleasure are coming from the inside, and I can feel my heart stop beating.
"What?"
I burst through the door to see Ronan, underneath a man, his face contorted in pleasure. I see a small jar of lotion beside him, and my jaw drops.
"Please Varek, do not stop, go deeper, and faster too," his voice is drowned in pleasure.
Wait.. Ronan is.. sleeping with a male like himself?!
"Ronan?" I call, my eyes wide with shock.
They both raise their head to look at me, and the Varek guy immediately rolls off him.
"Aria?" His mouth falls open, "You are here?"
Great! Now I am a stranger in my own mate's house!
"Who is she Ronan? Why is she here? She is invading our privacy!" Varek seems highly displeased.
The audacity!
I purse my lips staring at this Varek of a cheater. I weigh the keg in my hand, and in one, swift movement, I aim it at his head. It crashes on his head, the wine bursting all over him.
Varek shrieks in horror, "What are you doing?!"
Tsk, he is even a scared little pup. What a shame.
I walk further into the room, picking up Ronan's favourite glass cup. I throw it at Varek, and it hits him in his left eye.
"You both are shameless! How dare you Ronan? I am disgusted, really, such a disgusting piece of rogue who should not be existing!" I yell all the air in my lungs out.
I reach the bed where Ronan, and Varek are groaning in pain. I grip the back of Ronan's head, "I, Aria Moonwhispher, reject you as my mate."
Ronan let out a strangled gasp, "What do you think you are doing? Take me back!"
I let out a bitter laugh, "I would be worse than the dumbest person ever if I ever took you back," I let go of his head.
Varek wraps his arm around Ronan, "You should chase her away," he whimpers, "Look at what she is doing to us."
I scrunch up my nose in disgust. They disgust me, I am more than disgusted.
"Leave from here! You are just wrecking havoc!" Varek sneers at me.
I wave at the heavy pheromones flying around, "I do not want to be here any longer," I turn on my heels, heading to the door.
"You will regret this Aria! You think rejecting me is the solution to your already broken life huh? I bet you will not find anyone else exactly like me!"
I scoff, "That is the point," I reply with an icy voice.
"You are already cursed Aria, that is why I chose to even want to marry you in the first place. There is nothing I would want in you anyway. Get lost!"
I turn around to face the fool. I sight his most expensive thing he had ever acquired, a small ceramic vase. A smirk plays on my lips, as I walk towards the vase. I carelessly throw it across the room, smashing it into pieces.
"Aria no!" He yells, "That was my.."
I carelessly shrug my shoulders, then walk out of the room. I quicken my pace hurrying to get out of this place. This place disgusts me, it reeks of memories I do not want to remember at all.
A lightening strikes, then a loud thunderclap follows. Then it finally begins the downpour.
I do not care, I just want to get away from here. Tears spring to my eyes, but I force them back in. That rogue is not worth any drop of my tear.
I blindly aim to nowhere in the storm, my wolf screaming with pain.
He is right. I am cursed, after all.
