"Where am I?" a voice says in a vast space of darkness. "What hap…?" the voice starts off and then trails off as memories start to flood in of what had happened before his unfortunate death. There is a room with students and a professor who is giving a lecture. The students are busy listening to the professor as he gives the lecture and also taking down notes on the same. Suddenly out of nowhere explosion start to occur all-round the campus. The explosions are so strong that they start to cause the buildings to shake. The explosions make the students to be in a state of panic and they start to scream while others hold their heads while lying low. The professor tells the students to get out the building as quickly as possible. The other students from the other rooms are also directed by the other professors to leave the building. During the whole commotion the building state to shake due to a tremor and several students fall down on the floor. Some manage to get up on there own while others are helped by either their classmates or friends to get up. One guy calls out for help because he twisted his ankle when the building shock as he was running for safety. Some of his classmates look behind to see him on the floor. One girl tries to go and help him but she is stopped by one of her classmates.
"Don't waste your time and strength to help a useless guy like him." The guy says
"Lets go there is no time for us to be wasting here or else we will die here!" another person says.
"But…" she starts off but then the building shakes again.
"We need to go!" the guy says and he pulls her and they run away.
"Wait you guys…I thought we were friends." The boy says in shock.
"Please don't go…don't leave me here…" he starts off but then the floor cracks open and it gives way. The boy falls as he shades tears.
"I don't want to die…"the boy says before being swallowed by the darkness.
"Now I remember everything clearly how I was betrayed by those asshole." The boy says and he clenches his fist.
"And it's all because I was weak. If only I was born strong and from a good family no one would ever dare look down on me. If only…" the boy say and he relaxes his hand. Just then a bright light appears
"What is that light?!"The boy says in shock. The light covers the whole dark space.
"Congratulations ma'am it's a boy" a feminine voice says.
"What is going on…and where am I?" the boy wonders as he sees blurry figures.
"Can I hold him?" says another feminine voice.
The boy's eyes adjust to the lighting off the room which was brightly light with the window open allowing the sun's rays to cover the room with its golden light. He sees a woman with long dark hair, brown eyes and a delicate but beautiful face that shone under the suns golden rays. The woman looked like she was in her late twenties.
"Am I in heaven?" the boy tried to ask but a funny voice came out of him. The boy looked shocked at this but the woman didn't react at all. She just smiled. The boy tries to move his body but struggles. He turns his head and is shocked as he see the reflection of a baby with dark hair just like the woman but grey eyes on the mirror that was not far from the bed.
"Am a baby!" he says in his thoughts while in shock after realizing that the baby was him.
"Was I possibly reincarnated?" the boy wonders.
"If I was reincarnated does that mean that this woman is my mother? Hmm…I wonder where my father could be. It is only natural for the husband to be next to his wife as she gives birth. The only explanation for this is either he is a bastard who neglects his wife or he is in the army and they are currently at war or…he could…" the boy wonders.
"Ma'am what name shall you give him?" a servant asks.
The woman pauses for a minute then…
"I will name him Gray. That was the name his father wanted to give him." She tells the servant attending to her as she looks at Gray and then she looks at the servant and smiles.
The servant nods in approval and then leaves to do other duties.
She looks at her child and then she starts cry. The boy looks surprised.
"I just wish that your father was here to see you my son." She says and some servants come to comfort her.
Just then two girls with golden yellow hair and grey eyes just like Gray and the woman of around four years run into the room. The servants look surprised and shocked as the two run straight to the woman.
"Mummy where is the baby?" one of the girls asks in excitement.
"Wait you two why are you here…" an older servant asks the two girls.
 The mother giggles.
"Don't worry Sarah they can stay." She says with a smile on her face.
"If you say so" the servant says and sighs.
"Now you two…" the woman starts off.
"I want you to promise me that you will protect your little brother." The woman says as she looks at the two girls.
The two girls look at each other in surprise.
"Mummy you said little brother…" the first girl says.
"Does that mean that it is a boy?" the second girl asks.
The woman nods her head and smiles at the two girls.
The two girls light up with joy and excitement.
"Can we see him pleeeease?" the two ask while making kitty faces.
"Alright alright come and see him." She tells the two girls and then signals them to climb on to the bed.
The two are helped by some servants after struggling for a bit.
The mother then lowers Gray so the two can see him. The two girls face light up with joy on seeing their baby brother.
While all this was happening Gray had been wondering what his sisters looked like and how would they react to see him but all that faded after seeing the two girls faces.
"So this two are my sisters. They look really happy to see me, and if life goes well for me I am assured protection from older guys who will try to bully me." He wonders and an imagination of him being protected by the two girls in the future appears in his mind.
"In my previous life I never had any siblings or anyone who I could call a brother or a sister and my parents divorced while I was still young so I lived with my dad who was a drunk addict. Not so long afterwards he passed away in a car accident and my mum never really cared about me since she had already moved abroad and got married to another man. So basically I was all by myself. I never had any friends or anyone to help and support me…but it's different now. I will make sure that I never go down the same path I went in my previous life." Gray tells himself.
