Chapter 1 - Childhood life

[PART 1]

Chapter 1: A New Beginning

My name is Toriyama Migasawa, and this is my story of how I found love in Tokyo.

When I was a child, my parents moved from Kyoto to Tokyo for a business deal they had signed. I hated it. Kyoto was my home—the place where I had childhood memories, friends, and a sense of belonging. Being forced to start over in an unfamiliar city made me resentful. I had always struggled with my temper, and this move only made it worse. I didn't like people disturbing my peace, and I preferred to be alone.

The pain of that transition still lingers, a constant reminder of the sacrifices I made. As a result, I grew into a reserved and introverted young man, prone to anger issues and a deep-seated desire for solitude. My parents, though well-intentioned, only added to my frustration with their frequent absences, leaving me to navigate the complexities of adolescence alone.

Years passed, and when I turned eighteen, my mother hired a maid to take care of the house while she and my father were away on their frequent business trips. That's when I met Bella.

She wasn't just any maid—she was different.
