Bounties. Bounties upon bounties upon bounties. The Global Bounty Criminal Police Department, or the GBCPD, simply couldn't figure out how to solve all of these massive cases. Some criminals had bounties worth less than 500 beli, whilst others had bounties on their heads worth millions. There were criminal cases everywhere; and they didn't know where to start. The Top Ten Most Wanted criminal list is a list that states that if that criminal is found and is in the Top Ten Most Wanted criminal list, there is only one punishment: death. It is said that there is something so valuable somewhere in the world that if anybody obtains it, gets so powerful that whoever has it can destroy the universe in one command. However, it is obviously a rumor, since there is simply no such mysterious and powerful object in the entire universe, forget the world. And yet it is rumored that these stupid naive criminals have been searching for it for over a hundred years. They call it the Cresent Moon. And so, with that sort of motivation and drive to keep on committing war crimes, it has been ever so increasingly difficult to handle all of these hundreds of thousands of cases from all over the world. This is recent, though. It had been almost twenty years since the incident, the incident that had almost made the criminals go extinct, but these criminals had still not given up and fled to some unknown base. Ever since the incident, the crime rates had fallen way below anything ever imaginable, and they GBCPD thought that it would stay that way forever, and that the criminal era was over. The World Peace Founder Organization had even gone as far as to make the Global Criminal Organization sign a contract that said that there should be peace until the end of time, and hence began the era many like to call the Peaceful Era. And it felt that there was peace for a really long time. That was, until, since the last couple of years, there was a shift in the cosmos. It felt as though the stars that were aligned since the Peaceful Era had started had begun to fall out of alignment. That the peace treaty that was signed almost two decades ago, was being violated. The treaty that clearly stated, in big, black, bold letters was being violated. It felt like there is something bad waiting to happen in the world. And that it was on the verge of happening too.

Unbeknownst to anyone at the time, but this would mark the beginning of the great battle of the Cresent Moon!
