Chapter 5 – The Art of Kneeling

Minutes later, after repeatedly making her parents kneel, Jade and Yula felt that something was off. However, their pride in their daughter's rapid growth overshadowed their suspicions. Seeing Ella grow stronger filled them with joy, so they continued kneeling back and forth—even though it looked ridiculous.

Afterward, they left, leaving a low-tier god servant to serve the twins their meal. The food consisted of a Purple Apple, which had potent medicinal effects, and a strange-colored soup infused with healing properties. Though the color seemed unnatural, Ella didn't complain and ate silently.

While maintaining her usual act, her inner thoughts were filled with satisfaction.

"The gains weren't much. The rewards only granted battle experience, and it's not enough."

Even though she possessed rich combat knowledge in the Primal Nexus Realm, she understood its limitations. If she were to fight an opponent even a single realm above hers, lacking knowledge of their abilities would put her at a severe disadvantage.

Having invincibility in the Primal Nexus Realm was meaningless if she couldn't adapt to greater threats.

"I need to raise my realm as soon as possible."

Her motivation was clear—protecting her pampered sister. That was the only reason she cared to survive in this unfamiliar world.

"Vivi, I'll definitely protect you."

She muttered softly, glancing at Olivia with a warm gaze before reaching over to wake her up.

Back then, Olivia's soft nature made her an easy target. Whether it was bullying or manipulation, she never fought back. But Ella… she never allowed it to continue. The worst incident had been in middle school. Olivia had been bullied by a group of girls, and when Ella found out, she didn't hesitate—she hunted them down.

By the time it was over, one girl had a broken nose, another had fractured fingers, and the ringleader had three missing teeth. Ella had gotten suspended, but she didn't care. She had only one rule in life:

"No one touches Olivia and gets away with it."

"Vivi, Vivi, wake up. Dinner is ready," Ella called gently.

Olivia stirred, her long lashes fluttering as her eyes slowly opened.

"Eri…? Mmm… Eri… Hnn…"

Olivia's voice was soft and childlike as she rubbed her drowsy eyes.

Seeing her barely awake, Ella patiently repeated, "It's soup, Vivi."

But Olivia lazily whined in response, "I don't want soup. I want fried eggs…" she grumbled, clearly displeased with the meal.

Ella glanced at the servant standing nearby. The servant was within the Primal Nexus Realm, but Ella was stronger. Her cold gaze turned to the servant as she spoke in a commanding tone, "You heard her, right?"

The servant trembled. Though Ella's voice was calm, it carried an undeniable authority that made defiance seem impossible.

"I heard, Young Miss," the servant answered nervously.

"Then go prepare fried eggs. Do you even know what that is?" Ella's voice grew sharper.

The servant stiffened, sensing the underlying threat in Ella's words.

"I—I will prepare it immediately, Young Miss. We have Dragon Eggs and various rare herbs that could be used. Please wait a moment."

Without waiting for another response, the servant hurried away, leaving the twins alone in their chamber.

"Eri, you don't have to be so angry. That woman looked terrified," Olivia murmured, hugging Ella tightly.

Ella sighed, snapping out of her usual dominant behavior. "I'm sorry, Vivi. I just want to make sure our situation doesn't turn into one of those novels where the main characters get bullied by servants."

Her grip around Olivia tightened protectively. "I wasn't angry—I was just making sure no one dares to look down on us."

Hearing her explanation, Olivia smiled warmly and closed her eyes, enjoying her sister's embrace.

"Eri is just trying to protect me. But I can't let her do everything alone. I should make sure no one looks down on us either."

A spark of determination lit up in Olivia's eyes. Without hesitation, she spoke to the system in her mind:

"Mentally ill system, I want to use the kneeling ability. I don't want anyone looking down on us."

Ding!

[Absolute Skills are exceptionally rare and nearly impossible to obtain at the Host's current level. However, as this is your first time utilizing the system, an exception has been made, allowing you to access and use this skill without limitations.]

Olivia's eyes widened.

"So I can use this endlessly? Then I can make sure no one ever looks down on us!"

She secretly decided to use it—but without telling Ella, knowing her sister would likely scold her.

An hour later, the food arrived. The servant carefully placed the dish on the table, interrupting Olivia's thoughts. The moment the aroma hit her, she immediately started devouring the fried eggs like a starved beast.

Ella blinked in disbelief.

"What the hell… Vivi is practically absorbing the food like a vacuum cleaner."

She watched Olivia wolf down plate after plate, leaving nothing behind. At first, she was speechless, but then a thought occurred to her:

"Could this be because we've officially stepped into the Primal Nexus Realm? Our bodies require more energy now…"

Although it was just a theory, Ella didn't mind as long as it didn't harm Olivia. She simply smiled warmly and let her sister eat to her heart's content.

The Next MorningElla, who usually woke up early, was still sound asleep. Meanwhile, Olivia—who rarely woke up before her—had already gotten up and left their bedroom.

She wandered through the enormous palace, admiring its luxurious halls, but soon realized she had gotten lost. After aimlessly walking for a while, she ended up in front of a massive door. She knocked lightly, and to her surprise, the door swung open to reveal her elder brother, Cirus. The tall young man blinked in confusion.

"Little sister? What are you doing here?"

Instead of answering, Olivia tilted her head innocently before uttering a single word:

"Kneel."

powerful force struck Cirus instantly. Before he could react, his legs buckled, and his body slammed onto the floor with a loud thud. His face twisted in confusion.

"What… is this…?"

No matter how hard he struggled, he couldn't move. His body felt as if it were being forced down by invisible chains.

"Little sister… what are you doing?" he asked, gritting his teeth.

But Olivia simply stared at him with a satisfied smile.

"Now that you've learned your place, I'll proceed to the next one."

Before Cirus could say another word, a system notification rang in Olivia's mind.

Ding!

[System Notice]

[You have made your elder brother kneel and gained: [Proto-Aegis Body] – The most fundamental form of a defensive and restorative physique. Grants enhanced durability, resistance, and the ability to reinforce your body against external forces. Can be upgraded through further achievements.]

pure white aura erupted around Olivia, momentarily illuminating the entire corridor. Cirus's eyes widened in disbelief.

"How… is this possible?! Our little sister got stronger just like that?!"

He was about to question her further, but Olivia simply turned and walked away without sparing him another glance.

Even though she felt the immense change in her body, she didn't dwell on it. Instead, she dashed forward, heading toward the gardens.

The moment she stepped into the Greenery Garden, various Primal Nexus Realm servants turned to her in confusion.

"Young Miss, it's dangerous here! Please return before your godly clothes get dirty!" one of them called out.

Olivia ignored them, taking a deep breath before softly commanding:

"Kneel."

Instantly, every single servant collapsed onto their knees. Even an Eagle-faced Lesser God, who had been guarding the area, fell with a humiliated expression. Their pride as divine beings shattered in an instant.

"W-what is this?! Young Miss, why—?!"

Olivia didn't answer. She continued walking forward, making every living thing she encountered kneel—including ants, birds, and even sentient plants.

Her reckless actions immediately alerted Jade and Yula, causing them to demand answers from their attendants. And when they learned what had happened… they were shocked beyond words.

Meanwhile, Ella—who was still peacefully asleep—had no idea that her pampered sister had caused absolute chaos throughout the 18th Heaven.
